Pre-booked seats and Guaranteed Cabin Luggage

Whether they want to make sure they’re sat with the rest of their party or guarantee that they can keep their hand luggage onboard with them, these add-on essentials are sure to make their holiday experience even smoother.

Pre-booked seats
Customers should book their seats at the time of booking for the best availability, allowing them chance to choose the exact location of their seats and avoid being split up!
For those who want to stretch out, there are a limited number of extra legroom seats available on each flight. Please note, any customers selecting these seats must meet certain regulations. See more information here.
Guaranteed Cabin Luggage
On busy flights, some customers may be asked to check their free 10kg hand luggage into the hold. By adding Guaranteed Cabin Luggage to their booking, customers can guarantee that their luggage will stay onboard with them. Plus, it means personal belongings will be close by for added peace of mind. Prices start from £3 per person, per flight.
Who can I promote Guaranteed Cabin Luggage to?
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers who have chosen to check-in online. Guaranteed Cabin Luggage must be added for all passengers and all flights on the booking.
When can I add Guaranteed Cabin Luggage to a customer’s booking?
Both can be added at the time of booking or via Manage My Booking, any time before the customer checks in online for their flight. It’s always better to add at the time of booking as there’s limited allocation per flight.
