Hilton Vilamoura Golf Resort & Spa

From the time we arrived we had excellent service. There receptionist was very helpful and as we arrived before check in we were allowed to store the luggage and made our way to the bar for a lovely drink. Our room was beautiful and overlooking one of the swimming pools. The bed comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. We made use of the free shuttle to the Marina as it was a little far to walk and maybe it would be nice if the last one was a little later. Jet 2 did not have a rep calling at the hotel which was a shame as we would have booked an excursion if possible, but it was a fantastic holiday and up to the standards of the Hilton chain.

The Hotel is clean and tidy but there is nothing to do around it . Amazed to find there was no dress code for evening dinner. Being half board did not expect to pay for water with evening dinner. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

Overall hotel was lovely. Bus service to marina was great, golf very accessible, large pool great atmosphere ,couples pool equally great for quiet relaxation. Food was good. Points to improve: Had to ask for room to be cleaned 2days, 5star property should be on this...seemed understaffed. Breakfast buffet definately understaffed as had to wait for certain items and staff serving seemed stressed and overworked. Door to toilet within bathroom had been removed and not replaced. Would return as it is a good hotel but needs 'tuned' for money charged to guests and 5star status.

Hotel was lovely and the service we received second to none. We arrived at the hotel 2 days later than our original holiday date due to family illness. The hotel staff were excellent and upgraded our room. Will definitely go back.

We had a lovely spacious room. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Had to shout over waiter after having waited 10 mins for a drink at the outside restaurant next to pool area on early afternoon arrival. Lovely and relaxing cocktail bar in the evening also open late afternoon. Shuttle bus an essential if you wish to leave the hotel as there are no shops and bars in the immediate vacinity. You have the beautiful marina walk for 25mins to reach it if you do not take the hotel shuttle bus. Nightlife which is mostly restaurants is at the marina. Beautiful food at the marina. Breakfast at the hotel ok with quite a lot of choice..had much better at other 5 Star hotels visited in majorca. If i returned it would have to definitely be when schools are back and the atmosphere is more for couples. Thought from the brochure that the adult pool would be bigger. Lovely Hilton beach bar worth a visit !

I have visited many times and enjoyed every visit - if there is something wrong they put it right quickly. only small issue is the sunbed saga - the usual people reserving them and then leaving them empty all day - they do try to fix this though. rooms are lovely and breakfast is fab...

The hotel had a lie back and enjoy environment with no rowdy people about . the food was really good... it was nice to have English television and be able to chill in your rooms.... we had a problem back home and the staff helped us out so much
