5th visit and it just gets better each time. Staff superb, and rooms given a makeover. Pool area fantastic but miss the old pool bar / restaurant. Hopefully this will be reviewed soon. First visit for our friends who absolutely loved it

Stayed in the hotel with my wife and two children aged 8 and 5 for the second time in three years in July. A very relaxing holiday. We returned due to it's location near to the beach, it's pool areas and the helpfulness of it's staff.

We had a three bed suite which was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, wide variety of food. We ate in the hotel on the first night but were not impressed, however, there are plenty excellent restaurants to suit all price ranges within walking and driving distance. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and well kept. Bars were also very good and staff helpful and friendly.

Spent a week here first week in October - beautiful weather - high 20s and sunshine every day Hotel first class - check in simple and quick Reception staff very friendly and helpful We stayed in a 3 bed suite with sea view - suite was HUGE - 2 large sofas table and chairs in living area as well as small kitchen with job microwave kettle and fridge which was great when ravelling with small kids Rooms very modern stylish and clean Having nespreso machine a bonus for me Seaview so relaxing - we actually sat out in balcony a lot more than we normally do Bed comfortable and crisp white linen Lovely beach walking distances and could go for walk with pram around grounds or along to beach which had a wooden walkway Not a lot around hotel - we ate half board plus and the food was very good quality - the best hotel food we've had from a buffet but it was frustratingly lukewarm with cold plates - if this was improved the food would be truly excellent Choice ok - a couple of nights not a lot if you didn't like fish Desserts really yummy - often I find they look good but don't taste that great when I'm on hols but the really were lovely We had half board plus which included a drink which was good quality Jazz bar next to restaurant had a live singer every night which we enjoyed The only small criticism we had was that the Swimming pools were a bit cold and I felt could be cleaned more often Kids club not open when we were there and there's no child's play area in Dunas suites (there is one next hotel but it's quite small ) 20 mins in taxi to albuferia cost us 12-15 euros

Fantastic hotel, great service,location may be a little quiet for some people but we came here to relax and that`s what we did. No fighting for sunbeds regardless of the time of day, no qeueing to get in the restaurant, relaxed atmosphere by the pools, our suite was the most spacious I`ve ever stayed in. Great hotel

Just got back from this hotel after 12 nights. Had a fantastic holiday. Brilliant hotel, great food with plenty of choice. Could always find sun loungers whatever time of day. Lovely staff. Rooms are huge, stayed in a suite, never seen so many ward robes! Hotel is on a great beach with a boardwalk leading to it. Not much else around so a hire car is a must or you can get a taxi. Had a great day out at zoo marine and slide and splash which is the best water park I've been to. Went to the old town a few times, it was so busy that I was glad that we weren't in the town centre and were further out.

Spent 14 days at the hotel from 30th June. I couldn't praise it more. A perfect location for families wanting a hotel close to the beach and a quiet location. The staff at the kids club are great. A wonderful location.

Brilliant hotel - rooms cleaned and beds made every day - sun beds always available and free towels for sunbathing - food excellent Advise would be to definately go half board as individual meals very expensive - Bar prices also high as large glass of lager was 5 euros ( note not pint glass) also for a small bottle of water at the pool bar this cost 5 euros ! On the beach they were one 1.20 There is a shop about 5 mins walk from hotel so we stocked up on water and beer from there . We would have drunk more in the hotel in the prices had been more reasonable .

We stayed here June 2015 and had a most relaxing,stress free time. The apartment was huge with a lovely view. Food was lovely. So were the staff. All in all I would rate this hotel one of if not the best we have visited. We will be back.
