Gradina

Gradina

Gradina, the ancient core of Baska Voda lies atop a hill near the waterfront. The ancient gravestones dotted around the area tell us that the site has been in use since Illyrian times, way back in the fourth century BC. It later became a settlement for both the Greeks and the Romans, and you can now see artefacts found on the site at the local town museum.
