Il Vittoriale House & Gardens

Il Vittoriale, once the estate of the writer and poet Gabriele d’Annunzio, is as eccentric as its former owner. As well as an amphitheatre, and a mausoleum housing the poet’s remains, it boasts a warship in the garden and rooms filled with unlikely objects including weaponry and a coffin-shaped bed.
