Kourion Beach, just outside Limassol, is a lovely unspoilt area of grey sand and shingles, with influences from ancient Greece and Rome. It doesn’t get overcrowded, even in peak season. It can get pretty windy, so is perfect for windsurfing and kitesurfing. There are several tavernas to enjoy a drink or bite to eat.
