Located between Altea and Calpe, this church is a real gem on the Costa Blanca. It's not accessible on foot, so you'll have to hop in a hire car or taxi. Apparently, craftspeople from as far afield as Siberia came to the region to create this 17th-century replica of a traditional Russian place of worship. Now it’s open to worshippers and visitors alike and is well worth the trip.
