Maritim Antonine Hotel

I stayed for a week half board with my wife. Excellent service in every respect from Jet2. The hotel is exceptionally clean and in very good order, from the ground floor pool to the roof top pool and terrace. The food was generally good, though we preferred the standard menu to the 'special nights' such as the barbecue. The hotel is located in a nice historic area near to an impressive church and the WW2 shelters which you can look round for a small charge. It may not suit people who have limited mobility as it is around half a mile from the sea front down a steep hill, but there are bus stops right outside the hotel which travel to Valletta in one direction and the Gozo ferry port in the other direction. Medina is a must to visit, an unspoilt ancient town. I would recommend this hotel.

Having stayed in a Maritim hotel in Mauritius we decided to try this one in Malta , we were not disappointed . The staff were very helpful the room was large clean and even had a side view of the sea so we were very happy .We only used the restaurant for breakfast and ate out for the evening meals but the buffet for breakfast was large varied and very well cooked .

The hotel was ideally placed for the beach (although a 20 minute walk downhill or a bus ride). We went for sightseeing and the bus stop was right outside the hotel door. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly. We had half board and the food was good. Not much to do in the immediate area, and dry hilly. Must be fit!

Had a wonderful stay at the Maritim. Room was lovely and clean. Had a gorgeous view towards Gozo and Comino. I had asked if we could have a room in the main part of the hotel so my elderly mum didnt need to walk too far to all the facilities and they duly accomodated us. The staff at check in were very helpful and gave us a bus timetable and some very helpful tips for t public transport. Had a great time at this hotel and would go back.

We've just returned from a one week stay here and were absolutely delighted with our experience here. We stayed half board and the food was great, there's plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner - even for my partner and I who are both vegetarians. We'd been quite worried about this before our stay but there was at least one vegetarian option at dinner and the buffet style made it easy. The staff at the restaurant, although clearly very busy at all times, were very friendly - especially the host who made us feel very welcome each day and happy to be there! The hotel pools were lovely. Probably because of the time we stayed, there were always plenty of sunbeds available no matter what time you went. It was great having the roof top pool adult only so you could have a quiet relax. The pool bar was also very good and the food here was nice too. We stayed in the a wing which was across the road from the main hotel but still very nice. The cleaners did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the 4☆Marritim hotel in MELIEHA in Malta more like a 1☆ hotel the staff were a ignorent towards us always walked away when trying to speak to them the room was small and the balcony was the smallest I've ever seen and dangerous the food was discusting same thing every night breakfast was cold we were half board and had to pay for drinks with evening meal like water tea coffee the staff were obnoxious
