Nice hotel for view of Vesuvius and surrounding bay. Best to get most expensive room not standard as too small and thin walls can hear next door conversations. Do not go half board as food average go B and b

Great location, hotel clean and decorated to a high standard. Reception staff great and really helpful. On eminor grip, there was no cutlery in the breakfast room one morning and by the time I got some my breakfast was cold., the breakfast staff were slow at cleaning the tables and the room was busy.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we were not disappointed. The staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant staff under Giovanni's' leadership, what gentlemen they were, they made the experience all the better. The food was of a high standard with lots of choice. the Hotel was clean, the pool area fantastic and views breathtaking. Only a couple of very small gripes from us; the hotel was noisy in the mornings, the cleaners were often working before seven and chatting loudly in the corridors; our room had no drawers so we couldn't properly unpack, a chest of drawers would really make a difference and finally if there is a rue that shorts should not be worn in the restaurant in the evening then it should be consistently applied. Would recommend this hotel as a base though as it peaceful and away form the busy main town.

Gorgeous hotel, up the hill and out the way of the hustle, bustle and street noise. But very easy to access the centre of sorrento by mini bus courtesy of the hotel, which ran regularly throughout the day and until 11pm. This made it very easy to make the most of all the great restaurants, activities and wander round the town of sorrento. The hotel was so clean, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The views around the pool and restaurant were stunning, and it was really relaxed around the pool during the day, not too busy. The food was average, which we expected from previous reviews on trip advisor, but the cost of the holiday was such a great deal even if it hadn’t included any meals. The breakfast spread was good, plenty of choice and always well stocked up, prosecco every morning was a nice touch too! Jet 2 provided plenty of great day trips and tours which were really worth doing! Overall we had a great holiday here and would definitely recommend it for its great views and location.

All the staff from reception, bar, dining room to cleaner were very friendly and most helpful. Our room was spacious with a good view but there was a lack of drawer space. The hotel is a little out of the way but there is an excellent hotel bus service into Sorrento bus/train station and back numerous times a day. A peaceful and relaxed holiday.

This is a very good hotel, staff very pleasent ,room kept very clean, food very good and plenty of choice, view really wonderful , good bus service up and down the hill, would recommend it.The hotel is family run.

This was our third visit to Sorrento and by far the best placed hotel. Our room overlooked the pool and had a wonderful view over the Bay of Naples. The sunset at night was breathtaking. The balcony was large and private and worth returning for. The food was adequate but a banquet evening was advertised where you were given a tiny piece of pizza as an extra and missed the offer of self service salads as an option at dinner. Breakfast was fine. Service was good and as a couple it was nice for there to be no children. The shuttle bus was a huge asset with regular times to go into Tasso Square and to be picked up again at regular intervals. Will be back.

Had a fantastic 2 weeks holiday, lovely hotel with the best views ever, staff very friendly and attentive, will definitely be back, Serrento was just beautiful with lots to do, would recommend a trip to the Amalfi Coast, the scenery was stunning, the guide was very informative throughout the trip.
