Diana Palace

The staff at Diana palace were amazing if you asked them for anything they sorted it very quickly they were happy helpful loved the place and the people the place was very clean and the food was great

Food was very good last time, now it is excellent. All the staff including the maids are excellent. The Hotel is well looked after. Any niggle would be that the top pool needs managing, to many blow up toys.

Lovely hotel. Outstanding food. Clean pools. Everything spotless. Great bars and very friendly staff. Shuttle bus to amazing Banana Beach, breathtaking, spotless. Waiter service from big comfy beds on the sand. Resort very busy with very 'samey' shops but again clean.

The rooms were a decent size but could do with better lighting as i was unable to read in bed could do with a some tlc The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The pool was fine apart from trying to get a sin bed everyone was there at 8am to put towels on beds so unfortunately we followed suit which I do not agree with but what does one do . The food was varied and plenty of choice although not always very hot although there was a microwave. bit annoying having to pay for a safe and the air conditioning not good. all in all a great place to stay

So the hotel itself is nice and we were lucky with our room,booked a twin room and thats what we got but according to several others ours was a supreme room not sure why other than apparently it was more modern than most of the rooms and we got dressing gowns and slippers. We booked all inclusive but spent 500 euros on food and drink. They serve 3% lager that gave us and other people stomach ache and stopped us being able to pass urine. 24hours of staying off it stomach ache went and was able to pass urine no problems. Food was nice avoid thw burgers everyone that had them were sick. Lots of similar same foods served every day. Never enough snacks and adults not allowed icecream. Have to pay 3 euro for a milkshake. No alcohol in thier spirits,they say the vodka is 30%proof however we were able to drink it neat with no taste. We are convinced it was watered down and some of the local shop keepers agreed this was happening. The air con is limited to a couple of hours morning afternoon and night. I had to pay extra to have 24 hour air con. They only supply free air con at the times your not going to be in ur room. The pool is lovely but get to your sun bed at 745am (you cant go on it til 8am) but by 8am they have all gone.Entertainment is poor,no kids club just a few games. Same music and games everyday.If you want a lay in forget it you are woken by loud music and a cockeral being played at 10am everyday except sunday. I would recommend the hotel which is emaculatley clean and staff are nice but self catering only,dont waste your money going all inclusive. I would say out of the 120 rooms 80% were english famalies/couples. Lots of shops and bars all open late. Beach a couple of minutes walk away,with bars sunbeds and pools. Warm clear sea. Sandy/rocky beach.

Hotel could do with a refurb the rooms are looking worn the entertainment is bingo who wants to play bingo on holiday .Argassi is very lively lots of bars and shops I would go back to Argassi but not to same Hotel The locals are very nice

A very clean, tidy and efficient hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stathys that was in charge of the Pool Bar was an exceptionally nice man that all the guests thought of him as friend. My wife and myself had a very relaxing week. On a downside for the younger guests Cocktails had to be purchased even if you were all-inclusive ( every other 3/4 star rated hotels that I've visited over Several Years have been not required to be purchased ? )

Hotels shouldn't under-estimate the impact great staff have on a customers enjoyment. Stanis the pool barman knew my name from just chatting to me partner, before I had even been to get a drink, and then greeted me on my first visit to the bar. He was marvellous all week and is a real credit - his style made everyone more relaxed. We had an old, tired room, but it didn't spoil our break, neither did the limited food choice (what no fish in Greece??). We travel abroad every few months and this is my first Trip Advisor review - that is entirely based on my wish to compliment the employees. We had a lovely time.

The hotel is very good with two swimming pools the dinning room is very nice the food choice and quality we found to be good .The jewel in this hotels crown is the staff right from the cleaners bar staff and the animation team which come round all the time asking you if you want to join in the activitys very friendly people There was entertainment every evening which we found ok with exception of karaoke (I hate it)

hotel room and staff very friendly.just visited for the 3rd time to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversity. the hotel supplied us a n anniversity cake complete tith champaign chilled in a bucket and delivered to our room at no cost to us ..what more can i say but thank you to all staff and management at this hotel for making our anniversity enjoyable

Stayed at Diana palace hotel for 2 weeks mid June thoroughly enjoyed it everything was lovely food staff in all departments room was a superior suite as I was celebrating a special birthday we are staying there next year already booked
