Eden Roc Hotel

The hotel was recommended to us by 2 different people. We were a party of 6 adults and 4 children, 3 generations, and the hotel was great for us all. The children loved the pool and the sea and joined in several of the activities offered. We managed to eat in all but 1 of the a la carte restaurants and were impressed by the variety of food in the buffet. We loved the wide choice of cocktails. The evening entertainment was very good. Our room was in the main part of the hotel overlooking the beach whilst the other party members were in family rooms in 2 story blocks. Our room was very comfortable but we did have trouble with disappearing soap and had to ask for replacements. If you want to go into Rhodes Old Town there is a good bus service but it is about a 20 minute walk to the bus stop which we didn't do because it was too hot. Us oldies took a Jet 2 excursion into Rhodes Town whilst the younger family members took a taxi to a water park one day. 4 of us took a taxi to the Valley of the Butterflies 48€ each way but entry fee is only 6€ for adults and free for children under 12. We all visited Rhodes Old Town one evening by taxi which was a good time to visit after the cruise ships had departed. Eating out in the town made us appreciated the all inclusive hotel! It was a great holiday!

My boyfriend and I went here in September 2022 as our first holiday together. We wanted to go somewhere that was mainly adults, relaxing and a range of delicious food. We spent hours scrolling through hotels and choosing where to go, and even when we booked the Eden Roc we were skeptical as neither of us had booked a holiday ourselves before. As soon as we got to Greece the whether was lovely even though it was September, but driving up to the hotel I was worried as it seemed out the way. However, as soon as we walked in it was beautiful. It was 2am and there was still an amazing welcoming atmosphere with lots going on. We checked into our room and even got to go and have some food which we weren’t expecting for that time of night. Our first full day we explored the hotel and the amazing staff helped us make bookings at the restaurants for the week. The food, which was what my boyfriend was most looking forward too was insane 10/10. If you’re here you must try all the restaurants!! Which are free for one meal at each. All of them three amazing courses with incredible drinks. But there’s also the buffet if you can’t get a reservation. Pool snacks are also amazing. The pool area was Olympic size (adults only) and such a good atmosphere. The hotel had a private beach area, we hired jet skis here and went on a glass bottom boat. We went when school had started again and there was very few children which we hoped for but the hotel still catered for children. Overall we absolutes loved the hotel I just wish it had been closer to the local town and a better area for leaving the resort. However, if you are wanting an amazing hotel where you can indulge in incredible food, relax and clear your mind this is definitely the place.

We had an excellent 11 nights at the Eden Roc. The choice of restaurants and food served was of a high standard and thoroughly enjoyable. We stayed in a pool view bungalow which enjoyed the exclusive use of the pool, bar and food. Nikos gave excellent service at this bar. If we had one negative thing to say would be the quality of towels provided in the room. Some were quite often stained and were quite thin. However, we would gladly return as we really enjoyed the hotel and its amenities, it’s various bars with their selection of drinks and cocktails, the range of restaurants and the service provided.

Returned in July after having a fantastic week at Eden Roc. We were amazed by the restaurants and quality of food- being able to choose different restaurants each evening was a real bonus to us and the quality of service, food and atmosphere was brilliant! We like all inclusive just for the ease but are getting a little tired of just having a buffet restaurant- Eden Roc is amazing- a Greek restaurant, Asian, Mediterranean, grill and Peruvian! We also loved the buffet restaurant and all staff were so friendly. The pool area was always clean and we opted to be by the saltwater pool which we found really lovely and good for our 11 year daughter to play in- with the added bonus of being able to walk up to the slides too! We never had an issue of finding a bed- however we do get up at 8/8.30 on holiday anyway- however we always noticed spare beds throughout the day- maybe not directly by the pool but some available. We never noticed anyone leaving towels all day and not being there either which was good! Music by the pool in afternoon could do with updating though- we definitely had heard a little too much of Ed Sheeran on repeat!! The beach is shingles but we knew that and took beach shoes- definitely a must. Was nice to be able to easily choose a beach day and it not cost anything extra having to hire beds, brollies etc! Yes the room we had was a little dated in places however was spotlessly clean and we had a great view of the beach. We loved it so much we wanted to book again when we returned however with new prices on the Jet2 website (and all other agencies) it is now a little out of or price range which we are absolutely gutted about! Thank you Eden Roc for a lovely holiday!

We absolutely loved loved loved everything ...from the room the food and drinks ...you looked after my neice and partner and attended to all there needs ....the entertainment was brilliant 👏...can't wait to cone and see you all again

Eden Roc is absolutely stunning, beautiful grounds, lovely rooms and the staff are amazing esp Gianni's our lifeguard who always went that extra mile and Dimitri's at the beach bar who always made you smile! Had one mishap where my 7 year old ordered and was served a glass of wine that did not go down well with me but the hotel dealt with it fairly so it did not make me loose my love for this place! The restaurants are something else, the food is gorgeous and beautifully presented could not believe the standard for an all inclusive more like Michelin star.

The hotel food was absolutely fantastic book the different restaraunts within the hotel and you won't be disappointed. Champagne bar and cocktail bars were both lovely and also the other bars all had the named brands. The evening entertainment could have a little bit better but overall a lovely time was had by us all

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful location with easy access to Rhodes with the local bus and taxis which are reasonably priced. The hotel and its amenities are excellent, great selection of food, bars and restaurants which would suit all tastes. Very easy to book A La Carte restaurants, would recommend getting the app Nothing is to much trouble for the staff who are the most friendly and helpful we have ever experienced, this helped to make our stay very relaxed and comfortable. A special thank you to Maritza ( hope spelt correctly..... Main and Mediterranean restaurants) We initially had a problem the room service but this was quickly and efficiently rectified, thank you to Stavros the Hotel Manager and Wrena the Front of House Manager who went out of their way to see this happened. It was noticeable that Stavros was very hands on and was often seen throughout the hotel and restaurants speaking to his guests and staff to ensure everyone was happy. We have read some negative reviews but found from experience if the management had been aware they would have rectified where possible ( they can’t do anything about the weather ) We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel again as our main complaint was we weren’t there long enough!

Clean hotel, buffet food about average with good selection, only grumble with food us the poor variety of fresh fruit and not much plain meat, a lot of meat in sauces. Hotel staff very helpful and polite. A lot of noise free m people in the corridor late at night, which was always British people, shame on them. Hotel gardens pretty. Plenty of sunbeds. Specialist restaurants very good.

Stay at Eden roc 2nd week October. Wanted a complete get a way and break. The hotel, food, weather everything was just fab. There was plenty of restaurants to choose from, staff were helpful and friendly , perfect break.

We spent 10 nights at Eden Roc and it was money well spent. The staff were fantastic and very helpful if you wanr to sample the hotels best foods, make sure you book the A la carte restaurants in advance as soon as you arrive. Oversll great holiday.
