Sani Beach

We have just returned from our 2nd year to Sani Beach. We HIGHLY recommend to any families wanting a perfect stunning location that makes your children’s holiday perfect and then makes your holiday as adults amazing. Location - stunning clear water and white sand beaches Pools - variety of a selection with comfy beds, cleans towels constantly been given to all guests. Never have to rush for sun beds EVEN when the resort is full...it never feels it! The staff will always sort for you. Food - variety of stunning high class restaurants to Choose around a beautiful harbour. Staff - absolutely outstanding and helpful. Especially a gentleman called Thanos. He will bend over backwards for all guests making sure all members of your party are happy!!! Nothing is impossible for Thanos... so you can always ask For him. Kids club - amazing 5star staff!!! ( I have worked in serious child protection so I’m super protective and fussy but the staff here are wonderful and caring) Amazing place xx

This was our 3rd visit to Sani Beach and we had a great time, however I did feel the service has slipped since last year. We chose to upgrade our room to a 2 bedroom suite and it was certainly worth the money, purely for the extra space it gave us (the standard rooms are so small). The extra benefits advertised with the two bedroom suite on the other hand were a massive disappointment. We were meant to have a concierge service via a whatsapp phone number, but on most occasions, our messages were either actioned but not responded to so we never knew if our dinner reservations had been made or simply ignored. Our biggest frustration was a requested for booking dinner for our last night. We wanted to go back to the Beach House (which is wonderful and I would highly recommend) . We messaged to whatsapp service with 3 days notice, chased 2 times and in the end went to see them in person. The reservation we then found was not possible but they didn't have the courtesy to tell us,and by that point, there were no other reservations possible either. Previous years, when using guest services, they have always assisted with dinner reservations and we wished we had just used this service this year. Other benefits were meant to be that you could use the VIP lounge at the airport and upon check out you will be given a pass. We were not and when I asked, I was told this was just for guests who made their bookings direct with the hotel. This is certainly not what is said on the website. We very much enjoyed the different restaurants available, in particular, The beach house, The Asian restaurant and Macaroni (the manager their is fantastic and always like to ensure her guests are happy). The marina is beautiful although become rather dangerous walking around at night due to the number of bikes being used. The addition of the new pools were very much welcome. My children (aged 2 and 5) loved the splash pool and family pool and they were a lovely temperature. All in all, we had a lovely holiday however the small niggles regarding service have meant they will be probably consider another destination next year.

Yet another amazing time in Sani. The hotel and resort are just wow! Better than we remembered. Staff are so friendly and helpful they wait on you so well and are always happy and smiling, nothing is too much. The cleaners were just brilliant rooms cleaned each day new toiletries stocked, was spotless. They even came back in on an evening and prepared the beds to just climb straight into once you were back in and changed the towels again so they were fresh next morning to use. Maria in breakfast was our waitress for the whole 2 weeks. She was always attentive with a smile everyday. Food was beautiful always hot and plenty to choose from. Chefs are constantly out making sure everything is perfect. Dine around plan is such a good idea, so many restaurants as part of the half board basis, seervuce great at them all and food and drink. Plenty to choose from and huge portions. The marina is beautiful nice to walk around on at night all lit up and to have a nosey at all the boats. We did the sunset cruise which is free through the hotel. Bubbly on board drinks and fruits for kids, was just lovely with an amazing sunset from the middle of the Aegean Sea!! Pools and beach always clean plenty of sun beds and if there was not quite enough staff would bring you one. Service around pool was great, they would bring you buckets of I’ve regular to keep drinks cold and food was available to order which could be used as part of the dine around and use the allowance or just purchase and charge to room. We have stayed here twice before so had the gold card, this gets 10% off the drinks which does help as it is slightly pricey but wouldn’t stop me recommending Sani or even going again. Already looking to go back next year or year after for my husbands 40th. Cannot fault this place at all and would highly recommend to anyone even the people less mobile as there are golf buggies around that can take you anyway or Shuttle buses to the other hotels. This place is by far one of the best places we have visited. The cleanliness, staff helpfulness, food & facilities are A1! Poolside waiter service was very efficient as well as all the bars... the staff cannot do enough to help in any aspect of your holiday. The variety of food & dine around facility was brilliant... drinks are expensive but the setting of this place & everything about it justifies this. We are already planning our 3rd trip!
