Primavera Hotel

A wonderful family run hotel that was extremely clean. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were all friendly and amiable. The rooms were a good size with everything that you would need. Only negative for me was the location. Not sure if Dassia has been terribly affected by Covid but there was several bars and restaurants that had been vacated leaving only a handful to choose from. It wasn’t a big issue as we travelled at the end of September so it was a lot quieter than early months. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel does exactly what is says on the tin, it's a very clean friendly well run 2-3 star Hotel, basic conti breakfast and adequate poolside bar.Might be different mid season when busy but I'd say it was 75% full and gave us a superb late break.

This family run hotel is super friendly, extremely clean and welcoming with an attractive dining room, large pool and lovely well-kept gardens. The staff are all very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Hotel is very clean and tidy with very attentive and considerate staff. Family run business of long standing. Pool is OK, not heated and fed from their own well, so the temperature depends on lot on how hot a day it was the day before! In mid September, its bracing, but OK once you swim about a bit! Pool is about 13 metres long. Some small children's apparatus (swings, see-saws etc), but up to fives only. All looked in serviceable condition. Bar prices as you would expect, a little pricey, but no more than you would find elsewhere in Europe for a hotel bar. 24 hour reception. Rooms were OK, good balcony, beds comfortable (we like relatively hard mattresses, so were OK, if you like a sink in mattress look elsewhere!) and en-suite, but in need of updating: still using the dreaded shower curtains. However, one big bonus was a toilet area in the ground floor near the pool that has showers and these have been updated recently with glass shower doors and tiling floor to ceiling throughout. Very useful for those with late plane homes to avoid having to pay extra for extended time in your room. We had a room on the sunny side of the hotel. Those on the back got little or no sun at all in mid September and seemed to be more affected by the resident Corfu mozzies! Take or buy a plug in mozzie protector: despite people saying they don't work, they worked for us. Most of our bites were courtesy of outdoor eating in the restaurants, not in our bedroom. Overall, worth considering for a relatively quiet holiday in a resort that has seen better days. You can get to other resorts and Corfu main town relatively easily on the bus so you do not have to stay in Dassia for food etc. Best restaurant we found was the Bamboo: family run with good food and prices that compare favourably to others. Great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities but the only problem is that the hotel location is slightly out of the town centre and is quite a run down area but don't let it spoil your holiday. You can walk right into the centre in around 15 minutes where there are some great Tavernas

Quiet, clean, family run hotel in lovely grounds a short walk from lovely tavernas.The decor is slightly dated but it really didn' t matter. The staff could not be any more friendly and helpful. Great value for money We would go back in a heartbeat.
