Avanti Holiday Village

We had an amazing holiday at Avanti Holiday Village and would 100% go back. The staff were absolutely lovely, everything was spotlessly clean and great value. Air con was very efficient and wifi was great too. The pool was a big hit with the kids. There was lots of entertainment on at the pool every day and at night in the bar. The holiday village wasn't very near any supermarket like we'd get in the UK. All the grocery shops were very expensive and very limited. There's a bigger supermarket at the mall in the centre but again we found it very expensive. There also wasn't much self-catering equipment in the room. No sponge, cloth, detergent, chopping board, sharp knife, salt & pepper etc. We'd go half board or all inclusive next time for that reason. The restaurants nearby are quite expensive if you're eating out daily, your budget soon gets used up. All in all we'd highly recommend Avanti Holiday Village but self-catering may not be the easiest or cheapest option for you.

Everything spotless in our apartment, loads of room as well, had a ground floor with outdoor table and chairs, safety deposit box in room, TV, air conditioning etc, all in all WELL HAPPY. Staff excellent from outset, we were well looked after, they deserve a lot of praise,. Went first week September 2022, Had bed and breakfast 10/10, all outside but under cover, loads to choose from, didn't want for anything, omelettes made to order ( 7-10am ). Booked late stay in room b4 flight back, just requested 24 hrs before departure. 5 min walk to seafront, bars and restaurants in the plaza at rear of hotel, VERY HANDY,. Nice steady flat walk to the harbour in Paphos took around 30mins , we in our 60s and found it easy, beautiful views on way in. Bus terminal at the harbour for local destinations (coral bay, Paphos old town etc) Our rep in hotel was very informative, loads of info out of her, not pushy with anything, totally honest , big Plus that was...Not to far from airport 15-20 mins, Looking to go back ALREADY !!

We love these apartments. Stayed here twice now and the staff are so friendly and the apartments are kept very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable and it’s close to plenty pubs and restaurants. Look forward to going back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Avanti Holiday Village. The apartments were clean and perfect for our needs. The whole site was clearly well maintained and looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the pool - one of the best we've ever had on a holiday. We are planning to return to the same site next year as we enjoyed our time so much. The site is located about 30 minutes walking from the main Harbour and restaurant area but there are many options in the immediate surrounding area. The food available at the Avanti holiday village was always lovely whenever we ate there.

The Avanti village is an amazing hotel with the most amazing staff..helpful friendly and happy.rooms and complex are clean well kept.swimming pool and lazy river are amazing for children.cant recommend the place enough and we will be back Moss apartment c374

Immaculate Excellent accommodation, The local restaurants were first class and should be sampled as much possible. Paphos has grown since we were last here some 23yrs ago . we attended a Family wedding, and loved every minute of the Holiday

The rooms are visibly clean however, I was in the room on one occasion when the maid came to clean. She walked in the room carrying our fresh towels and in the same hand (touching the towels) was a toilet brush (which had clearly been used) and a large brown sponge (which had clearly been used). The maid then wet the sponge, cleaned the toilet with it, after that she cleaned the sink, the mirror and the bath with the same dirty sponge. After this she used the brush to scrub the toliet and dumped it on the floor which splashed toliet water all over the floor, then, with no attempt at washing her hands she proceeded to change our pillow cases!! Yuk!! Although the maid was very pleasant it is clear basic hygiene standards were not adhered to at this hotel.
