Nestor Hotel

First of all, we would just like to give a huge thanks to Paul who was one of the receptionists. He made us feel so welcome and he was extremely helpful, whatever we needed he would provide for us. For example, we had bought back some food that we couldn't finish in the restaurant and we had left it in the fridge in our hotel room, when we was ready to eat it Paul kindly provided us with cutlery, plates and even warmed up our food for us bare in mind it was around 11pm. The other members of staff were helpful too, providing us with fresh blankets. The food was also amazing with such a great selection. One of the cleaners, we can't remember her name, but she was so amazing, we often take long to get ready so she would patiently wait for us to get ready before doing such a great job of cleaning our room. She was also so friendly and always happy which was nice to see. The hotel is in a great area, surrounded by almost everything, it's near a supermarket, the museum, dune buggy/quad bike hire, restaurants and the strip in general. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to Nissi Beach from the hotel. We would highly recommend this place and we would definitely go back. The pool is also extremely pretty btw, and the cocktails are dope. One thing to note is that the indoor pool isn't heated but that isn't an issue tbh. Other than that the facilities are great.

This is a very nice hotel, very well maintained and very clean, most staff are very friendly and helpful. Late check in at 12pm, very quick which was good but no details of the hotel, room key and tokens for towels, pool towels are free which is great and can be changed each day. Pool view room very nice, but room, balcony and bathroom were much smaller than the photos on the Jet 2 website, saying that really nice room. Fantastic pool area, plenty of sunbeds, very relaxing although did get very busy on last few days, you can hire beds by pool for 12 euros, looks nice but never bothered. Food was all to a very good standards, not as much choice as I have seen at other 4* hotels, waiters are very good. Lots of rude people at buffet. Sorry to say, but found most of the girls on reception very unhelpful, one young girl was really nice, others not so. Was not leaving until 8pm on day of departure, NOTE: there are no courtesy rooms, only a shower in pool toilets for changing on last day, a note is left in room day before saying you must check out by 12 noon and hand in towel vouchers. I asked if I could keep my room longer and was willing to pay, cost £55 euros to keep room from 12noon until 6pm, even them reception staff forgot to extend my stay and we got locked out of the room. No offer of evening meal on last night even though we missed meal on first night with late check in and no " did you enjoy your stay", quite blunt. Overall very good, but do not think I would return.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel. We were very pleased top be going back. The hotel offers everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The room was very clean and the food excellent. We went half board. All the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. We are looking forward to returning in October.

We stayed with extended family of 5 including 1 child during October half term. From the moment we arrived it was extremely evident the hotel was well run with the management staff visible ensuring the excellent operation was constant. The rooms and all the hotel areas were kept exceptionally clean, lovely relaxing pool area despite being close to a road, the greenery around the pool making it very pleasant. Great service in the dining room and bar, very efficient staff. Good room size, even with an additional sofa bed for our son, which was a double- great for a tall 12 year old! We will definitely return to the Nestor

Just come back from a great holiday, we stayed at the NESTOR HOTEL , cant fault this hotel at all and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool with a sea view, great views of Ayia Napa at night. The room was clean and had everything we needed, we had a large walk in shower and there was a coffee machine provided in the room , the room was cleaned every day by friendly cleaning staff. The pool was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel it was big and clean and we loved the sun loungers round the edge of the pool they were comfy but you do pay a bit extra for these and have to book early to avoid not getting one, though the other beds are free and are just as well positioned around the pool. the hotel location is perfect as it is not to near the noisy bars and clubs but within walking distance of the beach and supermarkets and bars, restaurants. We only stopped bed and breakfast,the choice was very extensive and catered for everyone. The staff in the bar and restaurants were very friendly and happy to help with any requests. Only downside was we had a family room but the bed for my daughter was a camp bed on wheels and not very comfortable. Definitely would go here again.

Well run and very clean hotel.Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.5 minute walk to shops and bars.Always plenty of choice at meal times or bar snacks if half board at reasonable prices.Marina just a short walk again plenty of places to eat should you want a change.Would certainly go back to this hotel.Also would like to praise every part of our trip with Jet2.

A well located hotel close to the beach and just enough away from the partying of Ayia Napa. Excellent quality of rooms, staff and food as well as pool facilities. Convenient for public transport as well as private taxi access and a supermarket and pharmacy on the same street. Staff made our stay pleasant and stress free as we never had a bad thing to say about the hotel and got on with enjoying our holiday.

Very friendly staff, from kitchen, reception, bar and secuity, all making you feel very welcome and safe and cannot do enough for you, hotel well managed throughout and marshalled by the manager, will be back again for the third time

Excellent hotel. Stayed here many times. Exceptional rep with Jet 2 (Gregory). A valued member of the Jet 2. Very friendly and helpful. Such a nice person. We hope that ours specialises rep Gregory will return to the Nestor for the summer of 2018 as we will be definitely be returning once again.
