Bluesun Hotel Neptun

The hotel was always tidy and clean, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and always plentyfull and always had a good variety on offer. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone who just wanted to relax

Food was absouletly amazing no fault at all however staff was very rued. Entertainment was on no staff new were the entertainment was located then we found out the entertainment never arrived. No entertainment for children aged 7 and up apart from two tablets was disapointing. The entertainment staff was very rarely seen and then when seen they was just on there phones. Our family room was two single beds on a wooden frame and a couch that on arrival wasnt set out as a bed so we had to go back down to reception to check we was in the correct room. We went for a week. Would definetly recommend beach shoes as the beach is stones.

I couldn't fault this hotel the views were stunning and the hotel led straight onto the beach and a row of gift shops. All the staff were extremely friendly and the entertainment staff in particular went out of their way to make sure you had a great time. Each day had different activities throughout the day, there was a mini disco every night for the kids followed by live entertainment. There was a variety of food to meet different tastes and plenty of options for vegetarians. The only suggestion I would make is to maybe have a wider selection of cocktails as they had the same 3 options everyday and the measures of alcohol used were very strong. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel is lovely, the renevations make the hotel feel like a 4 star. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly with any questions we had, would ring us taxis and set up our tour whilst we were there. The food was excellent, with a good range. The rooms and beds were amazing, I have a back problem and find hotel beds hard to sleep in but these beds were excellent. The room was cleaned daily and felt luxurious. The location of next to the beach and within walking distance of Tucepi was good too. The only things I would say is that the journey from the airport to the hotel took nearly three hours when dropping everyone off from the transfer coach and my 11 year old daughter didn't find much to do in the way of kids clubs.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly, set in nice but quiet location. Entertainment not very good and had to pay for sunbeds on beach. Snack bar should be open from 10:00 till midnight.

Overall a great hotel all the staff were friendly helpful and efficient.room was ideal and recently refurbished The dining room was a little 'canteenish 'not helped by young children running about and babies crying suggest a family only eating area There was no lounge area except the 'premium 'drinks bar although we did use it with our AI drinks we had to collect them from downstairs restaurant or pool bar suggest installing a AI drinks area in the upper bar
