First class family hotel, However take care if as a pensioner you have mobility issues. However it is an extremely clean hotel good food and friendly staff It is first class for spar kids clubs and sauna facility for parents Pushchair friendly Food first class

This hotel was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations in every way. They have gone to a lot of trouble to think about what families might need and all of the little touches make entertaining the kids that little bit easier. Starting on arrival, when there is a play area for kids in reception to keep them busy while you check in, and they were giving everyone balloon swords and animals. The rooms were clean and spacious. The gardens were beautifully maintained, full of excellent playparks, and yet surprisingly peaceful. We loved being able to borrow kids bikes and scooters. The pebble beaches were lovely. The food was great. The indoor pools were appreciated as we went in October. We also loved the surrounding area.There was plenty provided so you could spend the day on-site as a family if you wanted, or put the kids in kids club and go to the spa or gym if you wanted. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a young family, and we might even come again.

This was our first visit to Croatia. Fabulous hotel which is geared for families of all ages. However as we booked last minute we stayed and thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent facilities. Food excellent and plentiful. Rovinj very nice. Crystal clear sea. Perfect.

Excellent resort - couldn’t do enough for the children. Facilities were excellent standard ( no issues getting a sunbed Food and room of excellent standard. Rovinj very picturesque and within easy access from hotel via taxi boat

Lovely hotel in a great location. Lots of facilities and entertainment for the kids. Food was excellent and kids loved the chocolate fountain and ice cream cart at dinner time. Lots of choice to suit all. Room was very large and everywhere in the resort was clean and tidy. Would definitely return.

Loved it! Beautifully located nice family hotel. Has everything needed to spoil your kids rotten and you can see that children are in charge at every step. Loads of stuff to do even on a rainy day. Very nice food - loads to choose from (including 'baby food corner'). Hotel also offers a nursery facility and parents are able to leave children in the care of the hotel staff. Lovely spacious rooms - if you like IKEA you will love it! Many thanks to the ladies from the entertainment team who provided kids with free endless supply of balloons - my son loved it! Staff was lovely and accommodating. I didn't give the full five stars only because I was slightly disappointed with room cleaning (we used glasses provided and had to wash them ourselves - they were never replaced throughout the stay). Also you need a car if you want to visit more than nearest town Rovinj. Apart from that I would definitely stay there again or in other KinderHotels.

Clean spacious hotel. Very family friendly but for younger children. Good food and lots of choice. We read that drinks were included but they are NOT. We arrived after a 6 hour journey and although the hotel was not half full it took 2 hours to be checked in, as rooms were not ready. We were told we could have lunch but with no room number we had to pay for water. It's a good job we had a little money as we asked for free water and was told we had to pay. There is no shop and no water dispenser. After asking about water at reception we were told water was free but only warm tap water from kitchen. After spending so much to stay in this hotel a water dispenser or a complementary first drink would be a big plus. Also no night life. We were not expecting entertainment just a bar open to play cards in. No atmosphere. Spa is very nice but would rather pay extra for this and have water on tap.
