If you have booked the superior annex rooms be aware it is 92 stairs to the 3rd floor Rome from the restaurant there are no elevators o In these blocks There is not a kettle or minibar ( to use as a refrigerator) in these rooms

Lovely hotel with nice staff. Location is stunning and only 20 yds from the beach . We stayed in the villas and it was so quiet and relaxing . Some wear and tear showing like suitcase marks on the wall but nothing that spoilt our stay . Definitely planning to return in the next couple of years

Lovely relaxing break with husband, lots of good food , reading, relaxing in the sun and walking. Food was far better then reviews led us to believe. Wine and beer in restaurant drinkable. Beautiful spot,need to be good with steps. Due to end of summer we were able to all eat in the main restaurant, which was lovely. Only downside was the pool was freezing, but able to swim in the sea.

We had a great holiday in a truly beautiful place. The view and scenery was stunning, and the sea water Crystal clear. In a walking distance to the village centre, a Beautiful village by the sea with historical stone houses...

A lovely modern hotel with breathtaking views , take a walk along the coastal path for beautiful scenery and beaches and take a trip to the nearby Island of Koruala.For an excellent meal in a beautiful court yard try the Mimbelli restaurant in Orebic town .

Absolutely no wow factor to this hotel at all. Room was absolutely nothing like the one advertised by Jet2 and wasn't even in the building they advertised. Ikea furniture and decorations. Felt more like an airport hotel than a holiday destination. We also didn't like the fact there was no safe or fridge. However it was clean and everything worked. Food was ok but very repetitive and not much options so we ended eating out every night after just 4 days of a selection of pork and potatos. The pool is not large enough for the amount of rooms they have. The hotel building may only have a small amount of rooms but there are at least another 4/5 buildings worth of guests using the tiny pool. It was crammed daily and as such we never used it. The location of the hotel is literally on the beach and the walkway that takes you into Orebic in about 10 mins is really useful. Orebic is nice but quite sleepy. We enjoyed the history of it and the boat trip to Korcula is handy. Over all the holiday was nice. We had a nice time. But there just wasn't anything special about the hotel, other than the staff who were truly fantastic and a credit to the hotel.

We stay in depadanse building. Unfortunatly not working WiFi (reported on first day when arrived but not fixed for whole week). Good choice of food. Some food (lunch and dinner) wasn't hot enough but was quite tasty. Good selection of fruits, cakes, bewerages (tea and coffe only at breakfest)

The hotel is clean, bright, and very well located. The hotel reception staff are helpful and friendly. The main problem was trying to obtain a parasol, to provide shade. There was a system, which was impossible to fathom, whereby someone who had parasols was called by reception staff, who then came to the hotel. Frequently there were no parasols available, or the ones that were, were broken/unusable. This needs to be addressed. Bar staff were not overly friendly. The waiting staff were very efficient, if not overly friendly. The range and quality of food was very good, although it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to experience some more local cuisine. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Several of the villas appeared not to have a view, other than of other villas, which I think needs to made clear at time of booking. My room did have a view of the sea.

Arrived late evening to bathroom light hanging off wall, black hair around drain in the bathroom. The ground floor of the villas is overlooked by the car park and the glass is clear. One night I caught a man standing in the car par looking at me through the bathroom window. In my opinion it is let down by the storage space, there's about 12" of hanging space and one drawer, there are some shelves. It's more motel than hotel, nowhere to eat at lunchtime if not full board. Hoards of kids by the pool. Having said this the staff were always helpful and pleasant.

Small rooms and cleaning not really up to 4* standard,also dining area was shared with the Depananse so very crowded and struggled for tables each meal time. Description of hotel says al a carte restaurant available, asked about this and the hotel do not have a separate dining room nor do they offer this facility.

We went as a young couple in early June to stay for 6 nights in hotel bellevue, we stayed in a villa which is to the side of the main building with a nice but slightly distorted sea view. The hotel itself and the room were both well decorated, very clean and modern, really beautiful. The pool area was nice but could do with a few more sun beds as in high season can see there being a struggle for a bed. Breakfast and dinner were both lovely, plenty of food available and lots of variety (although less so at breakfast). Only criticism is could do with being slightly hotter. Also nobody seated us, took our table number etc., which was fine but did leave us a little baffled as to whether we should just help ourselves to drinks etc. The bar was reasonably priced with lots of variety, able to sit outside and watch the sunset. There was also live music at dinner a few times a week which was great and created a fab atmosphere. The hotel has stunning views and a little pebble beach just metres away, we managed to use hotel sunbeds for free however as we left they were started to charge people to use them. The hotel also says it has a beach/pool bar, this is no the case and no food is available to buy between meals, not even ice cream! This is a slight negative but nothing that'd ruin your stay. Orebic is a quiet little town so not very entertaining for long periods but there were some lovely local restaurants and an amazing, very cheap ice cream shop by the sea. If your looking for a proper beach with sort of sand head right across the town, a decent walk but a nice place to visit. There's a hourly ferry across to korcula which is definitely worth doing as korcula is beautiful and theres more to do there. From korcula there are daily catamarans to Dubrovnik/Mjlet/split and more. So there's plenty to do if you're prepared to get out and about. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if for a shorter period of time as we feel we have exhausted activities in the area.

Beautiful hotel , the hotel decor and grounds were well maintained and tasteful. The hotel is situated in a stunning location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food is nice and had a good range. The pool area was perfect. We hope to return one day.
