Sol Tenerife

Very loud music going on from the strip till 5.30 am Food not the best plus booked 7 night all inclusive but the hotel take you bands off you at 12pm so we missed out on two meals and drinks as we didn’t fly till 2200

Have stayed at this hotel twice previously...brilliant location by the beach and a very good restaurant...unfortunately it now seems to cater to the younger generation...very noisy in the early hours of the morning and someone was actually sick outside our room...suffice to say we won't be returning.

Due to all the craziness with airports and flights being cancelled, we were the lucky ones. We booked the earliest flight out which we did have to que and wait a while but it wasn’t too bad flying from LBA got to the hotel on time but had to wait for our room for over an hour to check in as there systems were down. Our room inside was ok really needs a makeover but the beds were very comfy. We asked the receptionist on arrival if we could have a room with sea view and she was very accommodating because we mentioned the strip behind being noisy and they understood. There is a no smoking policy so if your a smoker or like to vape you have to go out of the grounds unless your on your balcony, then you can. No ball games or floats allowed in the big pools only baby pool. Veronica’s strip is LOUD till very early hours so we were glad we asked for sea view. What got us was everywhere you went, the smell of cannabis, even when we was laid by the pool MY GOD!! Yet you couldn’t smoke or vape strange to me and must be a lot of coffee shops about this area. We stayed B&B which was just ok. The fruit wasn’t what I would have expected, it wasn’t nice or even to look at. Can’t comment on the all inc but there is some lovely places to eat around the area. We have all said we wouldn’t stay at this hotel again however for them that like to party it’s an ideal location to wobble back to.

Breakfast was good Had to get in a queue to get Sun beds at 9.00am if you don’t you will be lucky to get one Very noisy until 4.00am due to Veronica’s strip Views very good Rooms dated Only stayed bed and breakfast so can’t comment on food and drinks

Lovely hotel, great staff and lovely very clean rooms. Food was lovely, the only thing I would suggest is tea and coffee making facilities in the room would of made my trip perfect to sit on the balcony of an early morning watching the sun rise with a coffee.

Stayed here for our anniversary from 23rd January till 6thy February Lovely staff, 2 brilliant pools, room nice and clean with great maid service The food was out of this world Wonderful position right on the sea front

The best hotel I have been in Las Americas. My wife and I were made most welcome from stepping off the bus into the reception area where the young woman on reception met and greeted us with a welcoming smile and took our details when giving us keys to our room on the ninth floor. We had great views from the veranda looking all the way down the coast, and could not fault the room itself. We had a large roomy toilet with bath /shower and hairdryer, spacious, comfortable room with large television, ample storage space, safety deposit box (deposit required), free air conditioning with comfy beds. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and were very happy with the service and all staff we met at the hotel. We were on half board basis, and found the food to be really good and a large selection at both breakfast and dinner, no complaints whatsoever. There were ample sun beds and canopies in the pool areas, some beds could do with replacing, but I feel that it is the same in some of the bigger hotels. We will certainly look forward to returning to this hotel again,

The hotel was as we expected because we had stayed in a Sol hotel before. Rooms were fine and food and service good.Only one electric wall plug was a bit inconvenient,but we coped by taking an extension lead.

Hotel was well located with easy access to pubs, clubs & shops. Breakfast was not great. Had cooked breakfast 2 mornings out of 4. Not great quality produce. Check in staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels left. Beds were a bit hard so was a bit achy when I woke up. Only one plug socket in the wall to charge your equipment. When checking on our private transfer pick up times at reception, as per my email,the staff member told me to check in the Jet2 folder to which there were no information for private, only the bus times. I then rejoined the queue to be told the same again and ended up having to phone Jet2 to get it sorted out.

Great hotel great staff very good food. Located next to beach bars restaurants and shopping mall this was my second trip this year. Saving to go back again. Would recommend requesting a room no the North side which catches the sun from around 9am to Sun set.
