Servatur Caribe Apartments

The room we was put in was lovely, it had a pool view which was okay but came with its down parts. You had to deal with all the noise from the pool from 11am till about 6/7pm when it closes. The wifi is great around the hotel. However, they allow stag and hen dos so it wasn't all nice as it seemed when we first got there. The screaming and shouting every single night, damaging some of the hotel property from being drunk every single night. Out of the 7 nights of stay here we only had our room cleaned twice... it was a shock going back to the room after being out for about 6 hours to it not being cleaned or even just a change of towels! We went to reception and asked for spare towels as our room hadn't been cleaned for the last 2 days and it was like we asked her for gold dust! She wrote our room number down and it eventually got done the next day but then wasn't done for 2 days after that again. The location of the hotel was however perfect. Siam park and Siam mall were just up the road and the walk to the beach was 5 minutes. If is wasn't for them allowing stag and hen dos the hotel would have got a better review.

nice location every thing nearby shops beach water park massive shopping centre 70 shops 5 min walk close high way 1 min room are big small kichen some rooms at the back face in high way water park are spilt in half black ventilation windows dont open so you cannot breath when very hot you have hire a fan windows faceing pool sea view windows open i why these are windows not all the same dont .every room does have a pool view standard but for a sea view you will pay extrea and cream every thing sofos bed and standard every thing orange there is no ac you have hire a fan £8 euro a day and £10 euro for a tel remote control you get back end off stay at recption two females short lady very helpfull lady with glasses not friendly at all gentlmen at night helpfull oniy thing i found on last day staff at recption the tone changes as you going home they dont really intestested with any more if your fright is at night say 10 pm you are in the setting area at the recption all day you have check out at 11 am well you here till 7.00 pm ask them is there a shower i can have yes swimming pool hows thats they should have bathroom in side thats bad this is how are holiday was honest how i felt

Stayed in the Caribe in July 2019 what a disappointment, very noisy at night with party animals coming in at all hours, no music around the pool, during the day the food finished at 3 30pm we had to be out of the room on our last day at 11am and we weren't flying home till 8pm we couldn't keep it on as they told us they were full so we asked for the curtesy room with a shower only to be told they didn't have one so we had to get changed in the toilets. Mind you the apartments were very clean, probably the only good thing I can say.

This apartment block is set up on a hill above the beach And all nightlife, approx 10 minute walk down hill and quite steep coming up the apartments have a tired decor but are very clean and beds are comfy and english tv although sofa in lounge not comfortable, all apartments have a sea view but ask for pool view as you get the sun all day then, staff are helpful and theres no noise at night

The hotel was in a ideal place not a far walk from The strip or the water park. However there's no air con the bins were been emptied at 3am so was getting woke at that time. Everyday the room was full Of ants especially the bathroom also the pool was very cold. Also was told we could keep our room on for an extra 20 Euro on the night went down to pay And she just shut me down extra fast saying that no one was keeping there room on

Lots of stag and hen parties I seen one family leave the pool area when big group of stags decided to jump in. Location is great Rooms dated Price ok for what you get This is more 2 star then 3 star. If your looking for a family holiday I wouldn't book this but if your going on holiday with your mates it's ideal

The rooms are not sound proofed enough to avoid hearing neighbours movements throughout the night either indoor or out of the rooms. Cleanliness overall was great but a few areas needs a bit of touching up.

Rooms weren't very clean, we had loads of little tiny ant things all over the kitchen, the breakfast was good and the pool area was good. The beds were horrible to sleep on however for 1 week i managed I wouldn't go back to this hotel though

Stayed here for a week at the start of September 2016. It was very quiet around the pool which was quite good. Could always get a sunbed and umberella. Pool area was clean. All rooms look onto pool and if high enough up you get a beautiful view of the town and the ocean. The maids were in cleaning 5 days out of 7 which was great. Cant fault it at all. Didnt eat or drink here but the food didnt seem too expensive. Great location too. 10 min walk to beach and seafront.
