Parque Las Americas

Great Apartments in a great location. Only minutes from the Beach, Bars and Restaurants. Apartments are really nice and cleaners are in regularly. Beds are Comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and the showers are good. Kitchen facilities are adequate, but never use them. Too many Restaurants to savour. Swimming Pool area is clean and there are always plenty of sun beds and a decent Bar. The Reception Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Already booked again for April and September

Second time here with the family and the high standards they achieve has not dropped one bit the only criticism is last time we were there we were able to eat and drink our own food and drink around the pool being self catering but that has changed now you are only allowed to use the pool bar for your food and drink and as I never budgeted for this I had to draw out another £1000 witch really peed me off . And also they really need to start investing in air conditioning in there rooms witch would add another star to this well secluded place . All in all this is a little gem you can walk past and not know it’s there.

We have been to Parque de las Americas many times. Apartments modern and clean, reception staff go above and beyond and are very welcoming. No noise at night so sleep great. Also plenty restaurants/bars nearby as location is excellent. Highly recommend!

Stayed here over xmas this year with my 17 year old son and my partner, The hotel is located off the main high street and is in a quiet location of playa las americas. The rooms are big and spacious. They are very clean and well looked after, the cleaners attended quite a few times during our stay too. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. we Had one day by the pool and found the lifeguard and pool bar staff quite rude and felt like they did not wanna be there. The breakfast included was brilliant as its in the bar and grill reasurant downstairs, My son had a fry up every morning and it was really nice as i had it a few times too. the staff there were great too. i would go back and stay again

Overall the hotel Is good. Fantastic location. Staff very friendly. Ceiling fans worked perfectly. Rooms are clean. Generally good hotel. Could do with a larger pool as maximum 15 allowed at one time is pretty much all it can take although many times there were more in there. Unless your Spanish don’t try and reserve a sunbed because your towels are removed by the life guide. We never reserve sun beds but one morning the kids wanted a pool day so we placed towels down on front row went to there restaurant for breakfast and came back to our towels removed, yet the rest of the week a family who had rooms pool side had come out first thing as reserved there seats for the whole day and they came and went as much as they like! Also pool could do with be open longer. 6pm was a bit early, suns still strong and many time my kids wanted to jump in after 6pm. They could also do with entertainment. Unless you wanted to adventure out into the bars you don’t get any entertainment in the evening. So if you have young ones it’s kind of a quiet evening. Always request top floor. I was bottom floor. For the first 2 night I had “lads on tour” above me (that’s what there flags hanging over there balcony said) they were extremely loud when coming back after partying 2am through to 4am. Through the rest of the week I had a family above me so was much quieter but you can hear them moving chairs, opening shutting doors and talking. So advice is to request top floors. If with Jet2 the rep isn’t very friendly. When I approached him he stayed sat down to talk to us and was very grumpy. Spoke to him once and never again. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful,maybe there’s needs to take note of how they talk to people.

Title says it all. Paid half board but restaurant staff were so rude to us that we are out instead. Complained to Jet2 but heard nothing back. Wouldn't travel with you again and you've just prompted me to give a TripAdvisor review too - thanks for the reminder!

Amazing stay again .will be back September Just please bring back the life guard who was there in January was a lovely lad and very help full can't say that about the ones this time .other that that was lovely nice people

Brilliant hotel, always sun loungers available, rooms spacious clean, great maid service, great staff, restaurant adjacent good for meals, location fab. Booked again for next year. The best place we have stayed in tenerife

We have recently spent 10 days at this lovely clean and modernised self catering hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and close to everything you would want and need. Requested for a low apartment and got one on the ground floor no 69 overlooking the pool as many have a lot of stairs to get to them. Would certainly consider going back.

Nice clean good location . Everything we needed in room , beds really comfy . Good shower . Quite location we stayed in 88 . Maid service every day bar one . Clean towels every other day . Lovely friendly reception .

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was in a good position for both restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant was well priced and good quality food.
