Granada Park Apartments

Stayed in this hotel about 6 years ago and it was decent, they are currently upgrading furniture which is needed but the walls are filthy and and they need decorating the floors need deep cleaned and broken tiles replace the JET 2 rep on site agreed. The thing is their is no entertainment and the bar closes at 20;00hrs but much to my displease was the RATS at the pool are reception knew and send they would sort out the issue they were running back in forth to an large hole in the wall.

Nice sized apartment. Around 30 min walk to beach front, down hill, fine for us but can see why people don’t like the location too much. I saw scooters nearby you can rent. Pools were big but bit cold. Cheap food and drinks. Peaceful and quiet Loved the big balcony

Firstly the hotel room and the very park of the complex is spotless when me and my partner came back in the end of August. The food was beautiful and a decent selection was available for all customers breakfast dinner etc we both loved! The pool area was always great however there are signs for customers to not use towels to reserve seats as it isn’t fair yet plenty of people still done it and an entire family of 10 took a row infront of the pool every morning! The staff are super friendly and will help you no matter what! I’d recommend this so much for a couple holiday however the negative reviews I don’t understand unless there families which is fair enough but this is perfect for couples! The area which the hotel is based at is quite a hike yet there are taxis everywhere which aren’t expensive at all :)) we will be back in 2023

Honestly I don’t understand how these rating are so low, I went with my partner to this hotel for 10 days, couldn’t fault the hotel or staff for anything! Amazing customer service all day and night if needed. The apartment was absolutely spot less when we entered, the food was lovely, especially the breakfasts, although they could have changed a few meals as some were repeats of the night before but honestly still great value for your money, pools are great sized with plenty of space to use a sun lounger too. Although some say it’s awful I feel it’s great, maybe not so much for bigger families with lots of children however the hotel and management put on plenty of shows on the night time for children and adults to be entertained. I would end up having to put a towel down when going to breakfast as people did seem to reserve from the minute they woke up, although this isn’t allowed. Only down fall was having the hotel quite out of the way so we paid for taxis to get around however there is a bus which is free to take you to destinations like las americas and Siam park park etc. Still couldn’t fault the hotel, will be returning in 2023

Uncomfortable beds was like lying on a brick. Rotten food! I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog. Had to pay for wifi for our 7 night stay €20 each for myself and partner. Was a nightmare finding our room by the directions the staff gave us! Would have been nice to have air con in rooms or for our fan to actually work. Watered down soft drinks. Alcohol drinks were decent and worth the money.

Hotel was to far away from main resort at the top of a steep hill. Entertainment was done on a makeshift stage outside with drinks served in plastic glasses. Food was cold and items weren't replenished on time. My Wife had to tell staff not to clean the food containers with a cleaning spray halfway through dinner service so as not to contaminate the food that was still in them. The good points for the hotel were good clean rooms with a kitchen and fridge freezer, plenty of Sun beds and nice pools.

The rooms are brilliantly spacious for a AL hotel, with it's own kitchen and dining area. Makes such a difference not just being having a bedroom. Always clean, always nicely maintained, friendly staff. Food is lovely but can be a but samey. But for those with kids it's perfect. Entertainment seems to have gone down a bit at night from previous years. But a million times better in the day with Richardo running it.

Was open minded when I turned up her as I’ve read bad reviews before going to other holidays. And always found them to be ok, but very disappointed with this holiday. Apartment was ok but that was it, the dinning area was awful the tables need to be replaced as they were grubby and we actually stuck to them if you put ya arms on them, food was hot but not many different options to Pick from entertainment was awful on good part was if you had young children the kids part before hand was ok for them.

Hotel lovely staff great but wouldn't book all inclusive again as the food was disgusting it was cold flies on meat and fish that was freshly cooked scrambled egg for breakfast smelt of fish 1 morning we even got chicken nuggets for breakfast. Entertainment was good the entertainer was fab great guy. Overall great holiday just a shame about the food we had to go out to eat as little girl cried about going into resteraunt for food.

This is a nice complex with a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The apartments are spacious and although a little dated are clean and well equipped. The food is very basic and the same every day. Snacks are very limited and only available for an hour here and there. The entertainment is shocking.

Lovely hotel, large apartment's, very clean, staff are always polite and willing to help. food is good, not top of the range but as long as you are not a fussy eater you will always find something to eat. We have been here 3 times and enjoyed it every time. The bar closes at about 11pm and the entertainment also finishes at that time so you get a good nights sleep. Only one thing that could be better is if they had more umbrellas around the pool area. But apart from that great hotel.

If you want a great place to stay, look no further. The apartments are very large and have everything you need for your stay. The complex has 3 great swimming pools one is heated. The hotel staff are very friendly and the entertainment guy is super jolly and works really hard. The place is clean and the food is really good even had porridge available at breakfast.
