Coral Compostela Beach

Raw chicken nuggets served to children on first day of stay, staff apologised and served us the same nuggets 5 minutes later burnt in the outside but still cold and raw in the middle. Hotel (according to Jet2) refused our request to downgrade from “all inclusive” which isn’t actually all inclusive anyway, it’s full board with poor food and drinks, The snack bar is not included, you just get a 10% reduction on prices for a small choice of snacks which are equally as poor as food the main “restaurant”. Spent £1,000 eating out every day on an all inclusive holiday. Staff were really ignorant and dismissive of us after we made the initial complaint, so remainder of the time at the hotel was uncomfortable.

We travelled to this hotel last year and couldn’t of been more happier, it is in a perfect area right by Los Christianos and the quieter part of PLA. The room was a recently renovated one and was so nice 😍 we would definitely visit here again. We was all inclusive and not fussy eaters we always found something to eat.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the pictures advertised made the hotel look a lot bigger than it was. The service was friendly and staff helpful. All inclusive meals as expected, similar choices each day. family orientated environment, felt safe letting the kids go about the complex. Not all kids clubs activities were free, this is dependant on who you book with. The kids however did enjoy the hotel. Wifi at an extra cost through the hotel reception. Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach. Located near a shopping complex, Supermarket, local restaurants and Mc Donald's.

When we first got there 2 of the rooms wasn't ready as there check out is at 12 , we arrived before then but we put all the suitcases in the room that was ready and went by the pool to wait , the rooms are a little dated and the bedroom gets quite warm but they are very clean and well looked after , we had clean towels every day except Sunday which was great , the lady who cleaned was very friendly and helpful , the hotel is situated in a perfect position for bars , restaurants , beach etc and the staff at the hotel was friendly , will definitely be going back 😎

people dont speak much English very old fashioned no air conditioning very poor it was ok for stah and jens very basic not dor family holidays woyldnt go there again but was clean bed clothes changed daily

Room was dated but clean and spacious, beds were quite comfortable, the food is dreadful and the birds flying in and helping themselves is very off putting. The evening entertainment is pretty nonexistent. The children clubs was good the kids enjoyed it, if I was to stay here again it would be self catering. Very good location
