Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel

Stayed half-board for my partner’s birthday. We had a wonderful time. The room was clean and spacious, and cleaning was very good. Staff were always very friendly but not overbearing, and there was a wide array of stuff to do. Food was good, adequate vegetarian options.

Had a fantastic holiday with the family, first abroad one since covid and it did not disappoint, the room was lovely, the food was lovely, the staff were lovely, our favourite pool was the one over the pathway, the kids and us had so much fun in the top area!

This hotel is definitely worth visiting and holidaying at. It has everything for children and adults. Rooms were clean and tidy with daily maid visits. Food was great with a choice for everyone. Staff including maids, bar staff and especially the entertainment staff were all brill and helped make the holiday good. Daily and nightly entertainment for adults and children. Plenty of space at the various pools be it children's heated pool area or adults only areas for quite. Would definitely go back.

Hotel is lovely, apartments cleaned everyday. Always smelled fresh, cleaners always polite. Food at lunch time has really gone downhill, the year before the lunch in the bar was upstairs, covered up, fresh and tasty. Now it has been shoved in the back of the bar by the pool. There are no covers, flies all over the food, unappetising. Alcoholic drinks nice. The red wine was really good. The pool - lovely and nice temp. The lifeguards are fantastic at watching the little ones play safely Kids club - great Mini disco - NOT GOOD. Started too late most nights was ten to nine at night. My daughter missed it a few times as she was too tired. Receptionist excellent customer service. Sadly the food was just not good enough this time. We would not return because of this reason and this was our third time here

Definitely recommend Paradise Park to families, children aged 3 to 10 are fully catered for, with plenty of activities provided by a friendly entertainment team. Very clean hotel and amenities, food was good too for an all inclusive restaurant. Only one thing I would recommend is that the separate chalet complex could have done with some pipe insulation, every time the upstairs occupant showered or went to the bathroom it sounded as if we were in the shower with them, which disturbed our sleep slightly. We would definitely return though, as it was a great holiday

This is a fantastic hotel for adult only areas to family pool areas this hotel is up on the hill but it's great having a bus that drops u in the middle of Los Cristianos by the beach shops it runs until around 5pm food was fantastic great choice & a greats kids corner with hot dogs nuggets chips etc the place is spotless the pools are great the one we loved most was on the second part of the hotel with a snack bar & toilets for adults only the roof top terrace with jaquizi is the best chill ever & is a sun trap I'm looking forward to going back this year for more winter sun a great little strip of bars just 3 minute walk from karaoke to live music I just love this place

Back from a 10 day family holiday at this hotel. Cannot fault the hotel The food was absolutely fine & as expected from an All Inclusive Menu Plenty of variety The room 2 bedroom was perfect for what we needed. Nothing fancy but very spacious & comfortable Hotel was clean Pools were busy but obviously & we didn’t expect anything different. Plenty to do around the area The only downside was the entertainment in the evenings. It didn’t put us off as we played cards & had early nights ready for the next days sun swimming & fun. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Standards at this hotel are not as good as few years ago - this was the 3rd time time staying...Food is definately only average...charge now for the sunbeds on Adults only top floor...jakuzzi no longer available on ground floor pool area, no towels or water available in gym. Bedding not changed at all throughout our 10 day stay. Only perhaps minor things but all add up to average experience..Will not stay here again

Had an amazing time here brilliant service all round and lots for the kids to do Staff were all super friendly and the food was lovely We totally enjoyed our trip and wil be going again Only down fall was we shared a room so we only had a pull out bed would of been so much better with another double or two singles in the second room

3 star at best! moody grumpy staff, one even came to my mum saying my son hadn't had sun cream or a hat on for 3 hours, in fact I'd done it all 40 mins before he came over. they wouldn't let us eat on the last day even though we didn't arrive on the first day until 23:00 missing all food that day, the pools salted and if your a smoker you have to go completely out of the grounds in the alleys or roads with no ash trays, the only all inclusive food and drink is awful and the weak beers basically none alcoholic, the rooms don't lock from the inside kids can still get out, the air con is only in 1 room of an apartment and closing doors makes a loud vibrating sound, they take away full drinks before 23:00 as that's when you have to pay. they won't take cash apart from 1 bar and the price for the same drink is different in every bar, also people que up from 7am to get all the beds with towels. it was an awful week, very expensive and it's nothing of its title apart from a hotel. youv been warned!!
