Panoramica Heights

Aparthotel Panoramica might be tucked away but it's a hidden gem, the rooms are spacious, the pool is lovely, always plenty of sun loungers to use and the pool bar serves some really good dishes. We've been twice and heading back for 2025

I have been to this hotel before and it is perfectly adequate in every where and the staff are helpful at all times, the only issue I would say is it could do with a refurb, just starting to get a bit tired

If your not fit then this is a problem so high up on arrival the bus drops you off and a van picks you up for the steep climb to reception unfortunately it doesn't take you down when leaving ,we hired a car so that solved that problem as I couldnt have got the suit cases down.that said the staff and food was great ,beautiful views if it's a quite relaxing holiday it is fine

Nice hotel, lovely staff who couldn't do enough for you, kitchen utensils poor for self catering but when asked we were provided with what we needed. Only downside it was a bit far out of town and the walk back was a killer it was like climbing everest

Lovely spaciousness in the 3 bedroom split levell apartment. Balcony and terrace .Just a short stroll to the dining restaurant for breakfast and dinner .Great choice of various cuisines .All fresh and tasty. Smashing pool area plenty sun lounger .only a 10 minutes taxi takes you to the front at Los Christianos. Yes is on a steep hill but good exercise not an issue and burns of the calories

I have just returned from a 7 nights stay at KN Panoramica Heights. The hotel was lovely. I had read complaints on its location and the fact that it was on a very steep hill - this was not an issue at all! It is very easy to walk down into the main town of costa adeje - I would advise on getting a cab back up this cost between 8-10 euros. Going further out obviously costs a bit more but we never paid more than 15 euros to get about. We were a group of 7 and had booked 4 studio rooms - on arrival we were informed that due to us being a group and wanting to keep us close together they had upgraded our rooms to 1 bedroom apartments (with sea views) - this was such a lovely gesture. We stayed bed&breakfast - there was a vast choice of hot and cold foods. The snack bar which served lovely food and great cocktails all reasonably priced (only complaint is that it closed too early!)It was my dads birthday whilst we were out there, so we ate at the hotel restaurant - the hotel very kindly provided him with a surprise cake and champagne (all free of charge) which we were very grateful for.The hotel overall was very clean, modern, spacious and had amazing views of the city and sea. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here and will most definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Don’t bother the hotel is miles from eny wear ,you need to use taxies to go every wear , no bars shops restaurants with in walking distance (2 kilometres) this was a self catering holiday so this was important,pool area and sun terraces very good view excellent staff ok but location top of a big hill.

We went half bored and then had to change to self catering half way through our 10 day holiday as the meat was raw every night. We mentioned to the staff about it they they did not seem bothered. We also had issues which the room the mattress on the sofa bed was that thin you could feel the metal bar and air con had water dripping out all down the wall we reported this 3 times and still they did not seem bothered. They also excused us of throwing a plate to the floor in the restaurant which was not us but another family’s child that accidentally dropped it then to top it all off we where then accused of having a go at another family’s children which was not true they wanted to evict us from the hotel but jet 2 where fantastic and stopped this from happening and then rang us everyday to make sure we were ok it spoilt our holiday the last 3 days we felt like we could not relax or sit by the pool we stayed in our room and just wanted to come home.

Brilliant location and fantastic views of the sunset over La Gomera across the bay. The walk down into town is easy but get the taxi back up the hill for 4 euro. Good shop on site that stocks the essentials and a larger shop 10 mins down the hill

These are excellent apartments. Very spacious and clean. There is one slight down side, the location. They are situated high up a steep hill, but we knew about this so factored in taxis. The pool and sunbathing area is spacious with more than enough sun loungers and provides excellent views across Costa Adeje.
