Hotel Best Jacaranda

I thought All Inclusive, which we booked, meant exactly that!! But you have to pay extra for certain drinks. Entertainment poor. Also too many children running about whilst evening entertainment is on. Dining room - again far too many children, leaving the tables in a terrible mess upon leaving. Who wants to sit looking at the mess. Waiters too busy preparing other tables leaving people to look at the mess. If you are a couple Not Suitable. Suitable for families. Advice Don't Go.

Superior room with pool view was really run down with broken items and a view of the hotels smallest pool. We complained as they certainly aren’t 4 star !! At first we were told all family rooms are the same and were offered a room on a higher floor but once the manager noticed I had damaged legs due to a traffic accident a few months before he couldn’t have been nicer, he gave us a ground floor room with walk in shower and the room was gorgeous. The rest of the hotel was certainly 4 star and the staff were great we couldn’t really fault the rest of our holiday and the kids had a brilliant time. Quite a few English families did say the hotel entertainment favoured Italians and Spanish which we did pick up on but we didn’t let it bother us

This was the prefect holiday for me and my two girls. Hotel room lovely, clean, beds super comfy. Heated pool was a bonus too! The food was always fresh, tasty and there was always something we would be happy to eat.

The hotel overall was clean and tidy. Staff could be on the grumpy side on a couple of occasions The pools were clean and tidy as well and we loved the heated pools. What let the hotel down was that they did not control the pool areas at all. People were still in the main pool at 8pm even though it closed at 6pm. The sun loungers were taken mainly through the night so you had no chance of a decent space in the morning. They had no edge protection at night either for any of the pools which could be a hazard for any young children. The animation guys seem to concentrate on pleasing the mainly Spanish guests which we noticed right away. The hotel is spacious and i would recommend it if you do not have very young kids. We have been staying in this area every 6 months visiting different hotels until we find one that suits all of our needs. We would prefer to return to the Fanabe if we are to return here in January.

Just returned from a fabulous week at the Best Jacaranda with my husband and 2 daughters (20 and 24). The hotel was lovely - clean, neat and the food was very good - something for everyone. Even though there was work being done on the pools this did not impact on our enjoyment of the pools or the hotel - we will definitely be back.

lovely hotel, clean rooms, plenty of sun beds, staff very helpful. Stayed for 7 nights half board.. although there was lots of choice and the presentation was nice the food was not great. We ended up eating out a few times.

Rooms clean and tidy restaurant food was lukewarm at best. Curtains to balcony were filthy. The resort itself was very presentable but turning the balcony light off at 23.30 I found unacceptable and therefore would not go again

4star rating just rooms basic needs to be brighter dull.food was second to none.entertainment passible bar service very poorover all was good hotels needs a bit tlc sorry no can dot the hotels needs some upgradingto be honest

We had a room in block E room 352, a bit difficult to find at first as the place is so big but got there in the end. Food was good but again some of it was lukewarm so we used the microwave to warm it up. We find most hotels abroad are the same. Hotel is in a great position for everything not far from the sea and near loads of shops and bars. We found a great Pub that did Quizzes which we enjoyed very much it is called The Pub. they also had an ABBA tribute and a Michael Jackson tribute on who were both great acts give it a try you will enjoy it.

We received great customer service from start to finish, our bedrooms were lovely, large size complete with fridge, tea/coffee making items , large balcony , seating area in room, large bathroom with shower and bath. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed whenever we required .Across the road from the hotel was shops, cafe's, bus stop to sian mall and park which is a free service. Great staff, very helpful and also good food pleanty of choice .

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, we were a group of 10 and I would highly recommend it. The staff are really helpful and happy. The food was really nice with a great selection. The rooms were good, just needed additional pillows for the bed. The hotel is situated in a great place that makes everything accessible by walking. The bus transport to visit places is excellent. I would definitely stay at the Jacaranda again.
