Sol Fuerteventura Jandia - All Suites

We found this hotel to be ideal for a relaxing break. It is friendly, clean, well maintained and perfectly situated near one of the loveliest beaches we have ever seen.Top notch!

Myself and my partner were here for 7 days which we felt was enough, lovely hotel and rooms,however the food was a bit meh, I’m not a fussy eater but didn’t eat much and stuck with the same option most nights although the food was repetitive! Breakfast was properly the worst however lunch at the pool bar was great and dinner was amazing most nights! The bacon at breakfast was burnt at one side and looked raw at the other(I’m funny about meat not being cooked properly) The cleaners were brilliant in the hotel at the start of our stay making our rooms look spotless however as our stay went on the rooms went down hill in cleanliness regarding the shower and there was no bin in room ,we only had the bathroom bin which we thought was rather strange and most days we left rubbish on table for the cleaners to bin. Pool was lovely, same as all hotels, the race for the sunbeds where everyone queued at 10 so if you weren’t up in time for this you probably won’t get a sunbed! We also arrived late at night around half 11 took a while to get checked in, and we had to be shown where our room was as it was dark and not very well lite but fortunately the security guard guided us which we thought was kind! Although no water in room and obviously coming straight from airport we didn’t have this and didn’t have a clue where anywhere was on island! My partner did however ask the women in reception if we could get water and she suggested going to a local bar and asking for some but he struggled to find anywhere that was open and had to wait until the next day to get water. We were also quite hungry but no option for food either. Overall probably wouldn’t go back but the room was outstanding with the view we had over the sea, there was no noise at night was a nice relaxing holiday overall.

This is a really lovely quiet, friendly hotel. I cannot fault it. It is spotlessy clean, staff are friendly and efficient and food was good. It is long transfer but definitely worth it. I have stayed higher up the island near the airport before and Jandia is so much lovelier. A much quieter resort and beautiful sandy beaches. Perfect if you want a less busy holiday but still plenty to do. Lots of shops and bars within a few minutes and the beach is just amazing. The Sol hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel immaculately clean. All staff very polite,helpful and efficient. Seemed to be enough sunbeds around the pool and on the raised decking looking out to the sea. Sunbeds were in great condition. Suite was very well appointed. Only minor negatives were no doors on storage spaces, thin walls - if people are rowdy you know it - fortunately it was shortlived and not too much of a nuisance and one English speaking TV Channel!. Sometimes not enough chairs and tables in the bar area in the evening after dinner. Evening entertainment was very good/excellent. 3 sittings in the restaurant for each meal. Quality and variety of food very good. Organisation in the restaurant wasn't great in terms of replenishing food which had run out. Seemed to be queues whenever we wanted food from the hot grills/serveries. If it hadn't been for the organisation issues in the restaurant the overall rating for the hotel would have been four stars.
