this hotel needs to be chosen with care good points its close to the beach bad points cleaning dust on top off wardrobe and most flat surfaces rubbish left under the beds for how long we don't know we where there for only a week had the sheets changed once after 5 days and 3 complaints later drinks are poor we went all inclusive plus so we could up grade on the branded drinks but they don't exist the restaurant tables have months of dirt build up on the edges table legs are also filthy would not stay at this hotel again staff are rude and unhelpful may be because they don't speak any english

Imperial Resort hotel is 100% not a 4 start hotel in my opinion. The hotel itself is nice layout etc. Rooms & food are absolutely atrocious. Been here since Friday night arrived to blood stained sheets which were still there today. After complaining and finally on the 4th day they were changed. Rooms do not get cleaned at all, shower hasn't once been cleaned, sheets & bedding weren't changed until complained. Mirrors haven't been cleaned, toilet & sink area haven't been cleaned, balcony doesn't even get stepped on never mind cleaned. Worst hotel I've ever been to for cleanliness. My son & daughter also cut their foot in the children's pool today with half the tiles hanging off & them being sharp. Having to go out and spend money on food when I've paid all inclusive because the food is terrible!! Food is absolutely atrocious ( in my opinion ) have 4 kids with me & not once seen a children's option for food. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel & it's far from 4 star!!

the hotel staff were lovely apart from one member of of staff who dealt with the fast food / sandwiches who was rude. the hotel was clean and had everything. the food was good and plentiful. i enjoyed it so much that i am going back in 6 weeks. issue with the air conditioning but as soon as spoke to staff it was sorted in the hour.

Food standard was good but variety poor although we always found something, tea & coffee only available at breakfast very good area, barman at food court was excellent, seagulls were a menace in the food court.

Would not recommend this hotel if not taking children. All entertainment geared towards children. Very noisy. Food was terrible. Presentation poor. Choice poor. After two days we ate out every day. Attitude of staff poor especially the female staff. Girl on snack bar was quite rude. There appeared to be shortage of staff everywhere. The guy on outside bar was lovely but at times he had queues of people cos other bars had closed. Why didn't other staff assist him? We moved rooms after 3 days cos of noise. Request for quieter room was not appreciated by reception manager but eventually we got a room with the most beautiful view of the beach and it was peaceful. Not once was the balcony swept by the cleaners! The weather was beautiful!

The hotel is of a good standard. It is constaly kept clean and tidy. The beds are made and rooms cleaned daily. There are 2 good sized pools. The front one was very busy and crowded because this has the main children's play area. The second pool is less crowded and always had a sunbed available but not as many facilities for children. As we had no children with us it was great. The food is a bit limited and the same choices keep coming up. Also serve local dishes which were ok. It was always well presented and hot but sometimes the trays were left empty any we had to find someone to restock. Cannot cook fried eggs and do not serve English sausage for breakfast. The hotel also has conferences which can cause a problem. 1 evening a conference group tried to move holiday makers from the bar area so the could do a team building game. When 40 or 50 people arrive in a bar or restaurant at 1 time caused a que as staff could not handle the numbers. We were there at the start of the season so not too bad but at hight of the season it may be a problem. Needs to decide if it is conference centre or Holliday resort. It cannot be both as need different things.

love the hotel ,staff friendly, food good,rood good , I can't think off anything bad to say about this hotel. I'ts inbetween sunny beach central and Nessabar which makes it easy by bus or walking. recommended.

Club calimeria is more nessiebar than sunny beach. It's about a 10 minute walk to nessiebar and 45 minute walk to sunny beach l. This hotel is lovely inside and outside, they really look after it and are constantly cleaning. This hotel is catered more for Germans than British

Excellent Hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Wide choice of food at each meal and the rooms were good. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The only disappointment was the low strength of the draft beer.

Relatively clean and tidy hotel with good facilities, although advertised with multiple restaurants only one was open in May, this was not stated anywhere. All inclusive hotel but the drinks were low quality, the fruit juices tasted watered down. No option to buy better quality drinks. Ended up only drinking their drinks with meals. For all inclusive, the food was quite good and we could have eaten there all week but went out half the time. Nessebar was a very interesting city that we visited a few times.

Clean rooms, regular towel change, staff are very nice, on arrival they gave champagne and took our bags to the room, All beverages including alcoholic tasted diluted, food was not very pleasant, whole hotel smells like food throughout, in door pool meant to be heated but its not really

Lovely hotel..fresh and very clean Great friendly staff.. Bobby the barman was great very welcoming and fantastic to talk to. The barman outside was friendly and a joy to talk to and when he was quite he walk round to make sure everyone had drink. Only disappointment was the food. It was cold, not cooked properly and the same to where I had to go out and find somewhere to eat. I think the hotel in a great location if with family's as out off town that never sleeps. It's only a short bus ride into town and buses are regular . You can walk into nessebar from the beach and it's a lovely old town to visit Overall experience is good
