Sol Parc

Was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We had a large apartment with everything we needed for self catering. The apartment was clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was a bit dated but hey ho it was a two star rating. I think it was at least three star. On the day we arrived we asked for more pillows which was sorted out really quickly. We later found the kettle wasn't working, and after a few days the toilet was flushing all the time . As soon as we rooted all of this to the reception it was quickly resolved, within minutes. The staff were all very smiley and friendly. The beach was fantastic as was the restaurant at the end of the beach and yes it was €15 for two beds and a brolly on the beach but that is a pretty standard rate. We had a nice relaxing break and we loved it. Thanks Jet2.

Not geared up for Brits at all. Nice place if you like the tacky Butlin's style of entertainment of which is mainly in French, with very minute English songs thrown in. Apartments ok but dated, did the job and kept very clean by the cleaners. Beach great but 15 Euros to hire out sunbeds and shade a day. A reasonably quiet place to stay, except scraping chairs and foot stomping across the ceiling. Ok for young kids but not too much for teenagers. Luckily a bus runs regulary to nearest towns, with Mahon Market being on a Wednesday and Saturday. We found it to be a very unfriendly place to be honest and lucky to have hooked up with other English famillies (in the minority). Glad to be home.

Booked Sol Parc apartments knowing it was going to be tired at best but was very pleasantly surprised how nice it was.Some reviews had said how dark the apartments were because of all the trees but I did not intend to be in through the day anyway,not so dark really.Very clean and enough room for us.At the end of a boardwalk is the most beautiful sandy cove with water so clear and blue it was like a postcard.Had an amazing time and for the price excellent value.Would not recommend all inclusive though.Ropey food in restaurant.

No blankets. Apartment riddled with ants. Dirty dishes left. Microwave not cleaned. €70 robbed out my apartment by cleaners. Reps(workers) very rude to myself and my children. Horrible experience. Wont be booking with jet 2 again

My adult daughter and I have just returned from a week at Sol Parc and have had a wonderful, relaxing time. The resort was spotlessly clean, no rubbish anywhere and the staff really friendly and helpful. We were self catering did not use any of the restaurant facilities so are unable to comment as to the quality of food but had cocktails a couple of times and were impressed that they were made from scratch and were very reasonably priced. The location was superb and beautiful, the beach fabulous and whilst the entertainment was very loud it did finish at 11pm so not a bother. I imagine that during the school holidays the resort would be very busy and noisy but I would not expect any different if I traveled then. I would have not hesitation in reccomending this venue and Menorca as a whole.

A lovely family place to relax, the apartments are dated but have all you need and are spotless. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. There is not a lot to do outside the complex and only maybe 6 bars/restaurants just outside. All entertainment is in frenxhand so are all the reps, but we managed to join in and have fun. There is a beach area at the end of the pool which we loved. We tried the restaurant AI on the last day, it was really nice, bothinh fancy and a lot of choice. Lots of things going on all day but not in your face, night entertainment is finished at 11. We cooked a few bights indoors which was unexpected, but my kids made lots of French friends and didnt want to be off site!!!The beaxh is at the back of the complex down a wooden walkway, maybe a touch tiring if pushing a pram but I would do it.its very very low key here, almost like a campsite. I have never gone back to the same place twice but im going back here next year.

Apartment was okay except for the ants. Last night was horrendous with ants covering my Granddaughters bed and body. Entertainment was all in French which meant all the British children felt left out. No lights on the steps leading up to the apartments, because of this I had a bad fall which resulted in me having to wear a leg brace, there was also no accident forms to fill out. Reps were no where to be seen and when they did show up, they were of no help whatsoever! Would really not recommend this property to anyone. the best part of our holiday was a family pub ( which was off site ) called the Mucky Duck.

Very quiet resort but we did not mind this as we had 2 kids age 10 and 13. Hotel very clean and staff pleasant. Beautiful beach right beside hotel. Would rate hotel a 3 star, entertainment all in French all the time so we could not undrstand what was going on sometimes. Easy to get a bus to other towns, Mahon lovely with market and shops. Plces to eat would be Mucky Duck and BJ, there American diner night is fab! Beautiful country.

I'be been at this hotel for 2 weeks from 15- 29 of June with my family. What can I say? Great hotel for good value of money especially ,when you are going with kids. They have a great fun! The apartment are not new, but clean and tidy. Food was delicious,but after one week they repeat a menu. Everybody can find something,what it like. Dont thinking about- just visit this place! You won't be dissapointed:)

only complaint was all the entertainment was in french so not able to particpate or understand the shows, so was left with nothing to do at the resort other than go off site. very concerning if paying for all inculsive.
