I was a bit disappointed, this was booked as a last minute trip in 'family friendly' hotel. This is good for young young children but 8+ is a bit boring and nothing to do. Archery, killer pool and other activities where for adults 18+ Strange set up of the apartment as the bedroom opens up onto paths about the complex. Had the room curtains shut the entire holiday. On arrival our room door would not lock, this was 'fixed' within 10mins only for the door to be jammed and would not open at all. Otherwise clean, didn't stay in for food or entertainment as we were self catering.

This was a last minute week away in May 2022 taking our 14 months old on her first holiday and our first holiday as parents. Rooms were sparkling clean, cot provided free of charge. Good large terrace which allowed for our daughter to run around. Pool areas lovely and clean, with easy access to sun loungers at any time of day. Food was lovely, never strangled to find anything to eat. Downsides which are minimal and I wouldn’t even complain about them - more bar staff needed during peak season along with more seating area for the evening entertainment. No beer in the dining areas or outdoor dining. But like I say not really a complaint just an observation. All in all and amazing hotel and made our first family holiday stress free and made some amazing mementoes.

I travelled with my 18yr old daughter and stayed at the Binimar. Staff are very friendly and a few language skills go a long way. Room was immaculate, if dated, and was serviced 3 times in a week The grounds and pools are extremely well maintained. Food was plentiful although I would have liked more Spanish Cuisine and less chips/pizza. I can appreciate they are catering to all tastes though. There was a lot of choice, and if on the AL package you can request a packed lunch when going to the beach. I did not like the rude Brits Abroad - they stood with arms folded waiting for sunbeds to be put around the pool, had no manners, some had not one but two plates of food stacked high. Some had 5 desserts stacked on a plate and even forgot how to wait in a short queue. Behavior and endless moaning from some was appalling and I felt embarrassed to be British Would recommend this hotel if you have young children, great facilities in their pool, entertainment and something for everyone at the buffet. We took the local bus into Cuitadella and explored this beautiful old city, it's cuisine and heritage. Would hire a car if we visited again to gain a true feel of Menorca.

Very relaxed holiday, great for families & couples. excellent staff & whole resort was spotless. Always found something to eat. Plenty of daytime activities and good bus service into the city. Plenty of other eating places outwith the complex

I have never left a bad review in my life but this deserves it. The hotel is fine for for what we needed, kids pool is great. They do charge for fans though which is very poor considering what we paid for the holiday. If we had booked self catering it would have been a great holiday. Unfortunately we booked all inclusive, my kids normally eat anything and barely ate a thing here. It was actually disgusting. They couldn't even make a decent basic pasta sauce for the kids. The only things we ate were salads, fruit and bread rolls. The all inclusive bar was non alcoholic drink as far as we were concerned. We didn't even use it after a few days as it was pointless. Overall we spent a lot more money than expected eating and drinking out.

Great for families but wouldn't recommend for couples. Struggle to get an umbrella round the pool, which could do with addressing but facilities and entertainments team excellent. Rooms a bit dated. Food ok. Could always find something nice to eat. Got very busy around the stage area and noisy a night if you happened to be situated near there. No air conditioning. Overall a nice holiday for what we paid and my 4 year old had a amazing time.

Food in this place was superb and plentiful, great pools, clean and tidy hotel... Decent accommodation, but no AC in the rooms. Fans are charged extra at about 2 euros per day, which was a bit of a surprise. Staff very helpful and accommodating!

Entertainment poor. Fully enclusive doesn't include ice creams. Food hit and miss. No air conditioning. Bar staff not personable. However the pools were good but we're not manned very well by life guards.

I could not fault the Binimar Apartments, they were clean and tidy and had 3 pools to choose from, the only thing I would say that let it down was the food, breakfast was great, but lunch and Dinner there was not a lot of choice, and I don't understand why you have a snack bar if you are unable to eat outside and if you have young children with you then they don't want to be inside for just a snack, great for families and could not fault the reps they done a great job. We arrived on the Saturday and my daughter and her husband and my grandson arrived on the Tuesday. We would go back as long as the food improved as I think it let it down, my daughter agrees.
