Modern apartments perfect for 3, maybe a bit cramped for 4? Great location right by the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was AMAZING. Would definitely recommend this place for a low key holiday.

nice place for a break, near to beach ( 1 Minute walk) and local shop (2 minute walk) great staff, good buffet meals, especially breakfast. Has been refurbished to a high standard. Beach bar good for a reasonable priced lunch. Would visit here again without hesitation.

From walking in to going home staff could not do enough for us.We asked to move rooms as the stairs were too much for us No problem we were moved down. Apartment was cleaned every other day,bedding too, only thing that they need to do is get rid of the blankets they were old.Fixtures and fittings average for a 3 star

We have been to the Cales de ponent for 2 years in a row and have loved it both times. The rooms a a little small but the service and location more than make up for it!! The hotel is right beside a small but beautiful beach that has a little cafe selling pizza, burgers and drinks etc. There is a supermarket 2 minutes up the road and a lovely restaurant right next door to the hotel. The food and drinks in the hotel are lovely and reasonably priced and all the staff are very polite and friendly, the pool is small but deep and great for a refreshing dip and there are always free sun loungers with only a small majority of people leaving towels out all day. Overall I would definitely go back, even though as a family of 5 the rooms are a bit small.

This apart hotel is lovely and clean. Small and welcoming. Unfortunately no air conditioning but there is a fan in one bedroom whilst in the other you can open the window. No bugs came in except the odd fly. Nice pool plenty of sunbeds. Buffet was excellent value and had lovely food in beautifully clean surroundings - all white.

We stayed Aug/Sept 2016, self catering, hotel staff very friendly, everything you need on site or close by. A few people we spoke to were complaining about the All Inclusive option, so glad we went self catering, there are loads of bar/ restaurants close by, we enjoyed the short walk to cala blanca most nights where there was a better selection of places to eat and a bit of competition so prices were good. Worth going just to see the sunset on the sea front. Visited Cuitadella a few times, very interesting place we walked (30 mins) or bus Euro 1.90 or taxi Euro 6ish, Also visited Mahon the main town, hired a car for Euro 60 for the day, you cant go wrong there is only one main road. The rooms have no Air con, you can get a fan from the reception to help though, we had room 68 and it was boiling hot and close to the road so traffic noise and too hot, we asked to be moved and they put us in 40 which was better also you could pick up Wi-Fi in room 40 so the kids were happy!. Short walk to a lovely beach bought a couple of straw mats and a parasol from the shop next to the supermarket, the supermarket had everything needed for self catering, there is a bigger supermarket on the way to Cuitadella (15-20 min walk)it sells everything bit like Asda etc. If you like swimming forget the pool its full of inflatables buy a snorkel and go check out all the fish near the rocks down in the cove. All in all not bad

Arrived Monday 15 August, the apartments are clean, staff friendly. We ate in the restaurant two nights 16 euro each , eat and drink as much as you wish. Food was good and plentiful . The pool is not large and the fact that every child seems to have the largest of blow up beach toys makes for not very much room in the pool at all. One other point , I wish when hotels say they will remove towels they would do so, we saw one family take all there lilo's etc and prepare to go to the beach whilst leaving towels on sunbeds under an umbrella. Unfortunately my husband took unwell on the Wednesday and spent till Saturday in hospital when we came back home by air ambulance, hence not able to review much more

Excellent mid range apartments, lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers and superb food very friendly staff and spotless rooms with good selection of drinks all inclusive was a good option. Close to beach.

The hotel would be unsuitable for elderly or infirm holidaymakers wanting to use the beach as there is a short but very steep walk up to the hotel. Also some of the apartments were up very steep narrow stairs for which we were offered no assistance on our arrival, the receptionist merely waved her hand in the general direction of the room. The one meal we had at the hotel was adequate but my wife and I are no great fans of. buffets and decided to use the nearby restaurants and those in Cuittadella. The pool area looked adequate with plenty of sunloungers although it sounded quite noisy during the day with youngsters screaming and shouting, as they do. This hotel is best for active middle aged twonks who've done partying and want a quiet horizontal holiday on the beach during the day and good food and drink during the evening.
