Azuline Hotel Bahamas

Returned from a weeks all inclusive holiday. Lots of choice for food. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Only downside was the entertainment of an evening. Would return again if the entertainment was better.

Taken our daughter for her first holiday she’s 3 years old . We arrived at the hotel at 2pm and one of our rooms wasn’t ready even though it said check in at 2pm. We went for 10days all inclusive. Every night they had the same food for 10 days running . We had to report German young men exposing themself on there balcony which my daughter and other children saw. Myself and 4 other parents went to the manager at the front desk and told them about these men and nothing was done as they still continue to do this so we had to leave the pool and go sit in our rooms . Our rooms was not cleaned for 8 days we kept seeing the cleaners on our floor and asked them to clean and change the bedding but they never did until this was report to the manager. I wouldn’t recommend this holiday resort to anyone

By far the best holiday I've been on for a while. I booked this hotel with Jet2 for a week to celebrate my 21st birthday with my boyfriend in April. The rooms are absolutely stunning. So clean and tidy which is not always the case in hotels abroad. The staff were so friendly and had a great laugh with us. In particular, the bar staff - David and Isra made our holiday such a great laugh. Definitely get round to speaking to those guys. The food is standard for Mallorca, different meals each day so it's sometimes hit or miss but we always found something we liked. The facilities were something of a 4* hotel: Jacuzzi, sauna, gym (which was slightly run down but still usable), two outdoor pools and plenty of good quality sun beds. The hotel tended to attract a lot of German tourists. The ratio of German and Spanish to English and French tourists was a huge difference but that may differ in the summer and didn't bother us to much. However, it did mean that some of the entertainment does tend to exclude English speakers. But, if an ABBA tribute is on the cards, definitely go. Those girls were great. While the hotel is slightly up a hill, it's a very short walk to the beach and there's plenty of shops there. 100% go All Inclusive if you drink alcohol as we saved over £400 on drinks throughout the week. If you have a birthday while you're out there, they offer a birthday package which my boyfriend surprised me with. For 30 euros the entertainment team and waiter sang Happy Birthday to me and served a HUGE cake which tasted amazing, a bottle of Cava in ice and a handwritten note with party hats and balloons on a private table. We shared the cake with other guests because it was huge but it was a really great touch to the holiday. We couldn't really find any main faults with the hotel and I personally think it should be a 4* at least. I'd absolutely love to go back.

This is the second time we have stayed here because our first time was wonderful we decided to ask our son and his girlfriend to come. We had a blip on the first day as we had requested premium rooms which we had the previous year with a sea view except only two out of the three were with sea view. Apparently you now have to request it but they did move us the next day.Elias the entertainment coordinator was amazing, he made our holiday extra special. He goes the extra mile to make your stay more welcoming and make you feel like you have been there time after time.

We have just spent a week at this lovely hotel, 2 adults and 4 children. We all had a great time and found the staff to all be professional and polite. The children loved the pool at the hotel. The beach was lovely and only a 10 min walk away. Aqualand was such fun and even closer than the beach. The children at times found it hard to find something to eat, so we relied on the snack bar for lunch. There were some strange options that didn’t quite go but we didn’t starve. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this little gem of a hotel.

Rooms very comfortable and clean but food was cold and tasteless especially the cheese. Dinning hall was too small for the amount of people as was the pool. Would not recommend this hotel. The only hotel I have stayed in were salt and pepper were not allowed on the table but kept in a communal area.

I liked the hotel, and loved the staff.. particularly Andrea, she was 5*! Very kind and informative. The housekeepers were the sweetest. My room was nice and fairly spacious, had a balcony with a stunning view over the pine forest and sea, had both worlds 👌🏿😍. The hotrl is just a 7/10 mins walk from the beach, some restaurants and bars. The negative side was that there were to many young adults/ adolescents. Too noisy at the room corridor, had no manners at all especially when it comes to meal times. Also the air conditioning ain't the best.

We had a two week break at this hotel which was brilliant. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a mini bus that takes you down too the beach and back it is quite a walk down too the beach especially if you have trouble walking. But other than that the food was okay with a differnt choice each day. I know your noton holiday to watch TV but the chanels were crap that is my only complaint.

Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights with my 2 boys. We arrived quite late but the hotel had a cold buffet waiting for us when we arrived. Reception staff were amazing and did everything to help if and when we needed it. WiFi is a bit dodgy and only available in reception unless you want to pay for it. To be honest, your on holiday, what do you want WiFi for anyway. There is enough signal to update your facebook status. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach, it does get mad with people trying to sell you stuff, can feel like a bit of an auction, there are watch and hat sellers, drinks sellers and massage ladies asking every 5 minutes. The beach gets quite busy but we only went twice. The aqua park is amazing and I would recommend you take Jet2 up on their offer of a 7 day pass. We went 3 times and loved every time we went. There is a fast pass but we never purchased one. I would say that perhaps if you want the bigger faster slides especially King Cobra then it may be worth it, I do think it took us a very long time to actually ride it, also if they haven't sorted it go on the right hand side slide as the left one got stuck, still a really great ride tho. Another bit of advice is, take a picnic! I paid 46.90 euro for 3 burgers chips and large cokes. Ice creams are our treat, we spent on average nearly 16 euros every time we bought ice cream. El Arenal is quite repetitive and the shops sell the usual tat, quite expensive because of the Euro/ Pound at the minute. The hotel pool is quiet up until about 2pm and then the sun comes to say hello. The pool goes from about a metre all the way to over 3 metres so be warned if you have small children. Also note, the tickets for the burgers, hotdogs and salads come from the pool bar, you have to go up the stairs onto the veranda to get them. The food was a bit of an issue, although I found something to eat, my youngest who is 10 struggled every day to find something, chips and pizza is about it. There was no chicken nuggets, goujons or anything that looked remotely like childrens chicken while we were there so the hotel could do with looking into a children's menu. Overall we enjoyed this hotel very much and I would choose to return.

The staff were very good and very helpful. They tried to vary the entertainment for children as well as adults., although our room was on the 3rd floor, overlooking the entertainment bar it was quite noisey, but went quite at 11.30. The food was very good always plenty to eat especially for children.Rooms were cleaned everyday. Just a shame it was on top of a hill

This was a lovely hotel. The room was lovely and the staff helpful and friendly. The entertainment was brilliant very mixed and varied and facilities were great to. The food was lovely with plenty of choices. There were a lot of different nationalities staying at the hotel which was lovely as we got to meet and talk to them.

Only tea at breakfast - not at any other time. Breakfast usually cold.Some unfriendly bar staff. Not very welcoming for British - only a few British at Hotel - about 5%.(hence no tea ).Snacks good.Poor views.Pool area overcrowded - too small.

stayed here for 10 days and had a brilliant time, hotel staff were friendly, food a bit of a hit or miss but if you can eat anything then the food is good, would go back to this hotel. it sits at the top of a hill but it is only a five minute walk down to the beach, two swimming pools the baby pool is great for the kids and the kids entertainment team Ramon and his team are great with the kids of all ages.
