HYB Eurocalas Aparthotel

We stayed here for 7 days for our first family holiday with a 2 year old and 1 year old. On arrived we arrived at 3am and the check in was really quick and simple we was given a card to use the restaurant as they had food ready for us. The looks are amazing and the slides are great for all children. The evening entertainment was good for kids with the mini disco and also adults. All the hotel staff work really hard and we will definitely be returning next year!

Waited an hour on transfer bus and transfer from Palma airport to hotel was well over an hour and a half. Check in seemed to take an age and reception staff seem polite and nice enough throughout our stay. Hotel room ok which was located in Formentera block. Pillows missing which took over a day to receive and plug socket hanging out of wall which was reported to reception but never rectified. Only one mug for hot drinks in room and fridge not the best. Beds comfortable enough and decent sized bathroom. Room always kept clean and tidy by maids, couldn’t fault their service. Always able to get sun beds around the pool but there were towels being put on them by sad individuals at around 6 in the morning or the night before. Food was ok, not much variety and mostly the same throughout our stay and ended up eating out a few nights. Best place for lunch or snack in our opinion was snack bar near kids pool. Soft drinks and beer on tap which was good and bar service excellent in evening. There is a small shop on site which is reasonably priced. Entertainment for both kids and adults in evening which was quite good. Also a games room next to bar. 3 pools within hotel grounds and one of which is like a kids mini water park with slides and water sprinklers etc. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Calas De Mallorca town which has the usual souvenir shops, handful of bars, restaurants and a kids amusement park in the centre with go-karts, trampolines and air hockey etc. Also a few mini golf courses within the town. Would highly recommend if on holiday with kids. Quite a lot of cats around when walking in the evening, some friendly and others not so much, ok if you’re a cat lover. Not many excursions in the area unless you like a boat trip. Had to travel to Palma which is where most attractions like Aqualand, Marineland and the city tours are located. Calas De Domingos beach is located about a 5 minute drive from hotel, which is accessible via a free mini bus put on by the hotel. But be warned it’s not the biggest, has no air conditioning and isn’t ever really on time. 2 sun beds and an umbrella will set you back over 12 euros, but it is worth the visit in my opinion. Cala Antena is a smaller beach closer by, but best to access this one by foot as there is a costal path leading down to it. Swimming pools seemed to be overcrowded at times and the restaurant was just too busy and hectic. Overall we enjoyed our stay at HYB Eurocalas but don’t think we’d be revisiting.

Room was a good size,towels changed every day,cleaned as well. Food was hot,delicious and different choice as well. Swimming pool and splash park excellent. You dont have to wait for snack and drinks,they are allways there for you. Mu only complain was parasols,only 45 of them for maybe over 200 rooms.We buy one from the shop in the hotel,so is not too bad.

my wife and I stayed her 24th September for 5 days. It is a complex and consists of several hotels, 4 swimming pools and lots to do. Food was good a good selection,bar was always busy. This is a family hotel so be prepared for loads of kids. All areas are kept clean at all times. The hotel team are very good at the job and will attend to your every needs, very pleasant and polite. We really loved our time here and would most surely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good time.

From first walking in staff were very helpful and always happy to help, food was nothing short of excellent in both quality and choice. Although some may say that hotel is a little out of the way there is a free bus to the beach every half hour, or just a short walk to a local cove which is perfect for kids. You can also spend the whole time on site as there is so much for both adults and children with three pools, tennis courts, football pitches and lots more. Can't speak too highly of the full holiday.

Couldnt beat it for service rooms very clean and cheerful spot on. You couldnt ask for anything more for the children although adult entertainment could be improved.bearable but not good.No need to rush for sun beds around pools so this was a bonus.Food choice excellant at all meals.Plenty of seting outside for the evening but if rain not enough parasols for cover.Had lots of extras like Bbq around pool snack bar for all inclusive guest best I have experienced.

As soon as we arrived the person on reception was rude and blunt, she gave us a key and room number no directions or anything bearing in mind there's 5 different room buildings, then we found out she had checked us into someone else's room so we had to be moved to the room we were meant to be in in the first place, the bar staff are arrogant and rude and ignored us serving people before us like we weren't even there even when your standing there for ages waiting to be served. The maid took my little boys pillow off his bed and never brought it back even though we asked reception 4 times for another pillow, we had to make one with a blanket out of the wardrobe, the toilet seat was hanging off and didn't get fixed until the day before we went home, the shower door seal was broken so every time we had a shower the bathroom floor was soaking..the food was lovely and there's a variety of drinks available if your all inclusive, the hotel is clean and tidy and the activity/entertainment staff are brilliant and overworked there's always something going on..there's a beach down the road from the hotel it's sign posted and down a load of steps but once your down it's absolutely beautiful I would recommended anyone to go there at least once on there holiday, if you come out of the hotel and go right down the road and then right again there's a square with lots of bars and restaurants which is lovely...I won't be going back to this hotel & I wouldn't reccommend it to anybody else either.

We could not fault the eurocalas our room was newly refurbished it was cleaned every day,the food was very good although quite busy at meal times but the staff coped very well ,entertainment every night was typical for hotels but quite good all in all a very enjoyable stay

Lovely clean hotel. Huge pool area and always a sun lounger available whatever time you arrived at the pool, downside - NO parasols. People were buying their own from the supermarket and sticking it in the soil around the edges of the terrace or between two sun loungers. Our room in Ibiza block was recently refurbished and was really nice with plenty of free toiletries, cleaned every day and fresh linen too. Meals were delicious, always a great variety of fresh salads and veg plus several different meat dishes (a lot of pork), pizzas and the chef cooking too. The desserts were spot on and hard to resist. 10 minute walk to the town (just a few shops and bars) and down loads of steps to the beaches although the hotel runs a mini bus service to the larger beach every 15 mins from 10am to 6pm. Cannot fault the hotel and definitely would return if it was in a different area.

Stayed here 4 times now and it just gets better. Kids love it as this hotel and their facilities gives children so much to do and freedom. The pools are clean and its great to have a choice. They now have a new slide splash pool - my kids loved it and the adults!. The rooms are immaculate, the staff are so friendly & professional, the food is delicious & so much to choose from, again very clean area to eat in. Towels in rooms changed every day and we had a 1 bedroom family apt. huge.
