VIVA Cala Mesquida Resort & Spa

If your looking for a quiet relaxing break then this could be for you. The hotel and its facilities are lovely, lots of outdoor loungers to share, a little spa area and we had tasty food at each meal. The whole place was super clean. The staff friendly and attentive. The tiles around the pool area are broken in places and needs addressing but that was the only negative for us.

We loved this holiday so much! It was great. Everything from the muliple restaurants to the many swimming pools. There was always something going on for the kids of all ages and we felt safe letting the older children play while we took the baby swimming or took him to a soft play area they had there. There was so much to do there that there wasn't an opportunity to be bored although we felt really relaxed. The staff were amazing! Very informative and friendly and kind when we were trying out our Spanish! It is close to a couple of shops and right on the beach as well as a five minute walk from the bus stop so we could venture out. The rooms were lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed and sofa bed was really comfy and big we slept really well. And there wasn't much nose from the shows. We were right by the main stage and not once did it wake the baby when we put him to sleep so that was great. The food was lovely, it was so clean and it was the best holiday we have ever been on. We really loved and would definitely recommend going there. We would love to go again, we could not fault a thing!

Beautiful setting and sea and beach was clean and safe. Hotel was very clean with a great family atmosphere with wonderful swimming pools and plenty to do if yiu want to and wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Fantastic week at Cala Mesquida Resort & Spa - we will definitely return. Food & drinks were absolutely fantastic quality was amazing. When I return again we will definitely arrange our own private transfer from the airport and back as this is much quicker than a bus. This is a great resort if you do not want a lively noisy resort full of English speaking people. Loads to do in the surrounding area - mountain biking, horse riding, loads of beach activities not to mention the fabulous beach which was so safe to swim and snorkel. The 3 restaurants that are included with the all inclusive option - Beach, Mexican and Italian are not to be missed. The only downside which would not deter me from returning is that I would have preferred proper beds for the children either bunk beds or a second double bed.
