Excellent hotel, the reception staff go above and beyond to help you, highly recommended, wouldn’t hesitate to book again

We loved everything about the hotel. The pools outside were well maintained, and the heated pool was particularly nice in June. We could always find sunbeds with umbrellas when we needed to. The hotel is right by a beautiful sandy beach and the bus stops are very close to the hotel of you dance a trip to the old towns of Alcudia and Pollenca, which we did. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic making sure that they were very friendly and inclusive to all guests. My husband made use of the hoke package, which was our reason for booking the hotel. Everything was easy for him to go on lots of rides while we stayed by the pool. I completely recommend this hotel, we are definitely planning a return stay soon!

This was our first stay at the Ivory Playa.The staff were amazing,the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean.Housekeepinh came in every day ,towels and bedding changed every other day.The pool area was big enough for everybody.No fighting for beds just go down when you were ready.The entertainment team were excellent,they always had something on from Zumba,Paddle boarding,kayaks,volley Valley,ping pong and games to win prizes.we were S/C because we like to eat out but we had lunch there on the terrace most days which were lovely and very reasonable.The beautiful beach is right there about 50 steps from the hotel.My only reason for 4 stars was it was about a 25 minute walk to the strip which is normally a nice walk but with 2 kids and 35 deg was quite a walk so we used alot of taxi's having said the I would definitely return.

Just back from ten nights at the Ivory Playa. Hotel staff are very friendly. We had room 218 which over looks the petrol station, but turn to the right and an amazing view of the beach, turn to the left and you have the mountains. The rooms are lovely and spacious, the beds are one of the comfiest we have ever had on holiday. Plenty of hot water.Our cleaner was a lovely lady who came every day and did a wonderful job. The big pool is very cold, which meant everyone used the heated pool, especially the families with young children. No problem getting sunbeds as there are plenty. Pool bar food is excellent and very reasonably priced, all the staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Took my husband for his 60th and unbeknown to him i'd invited the kids and grandchildren as a surprise! The appatments were clean, moddern, well appointed and well equipped. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, the house-keeping was excellent.

Easiest time we have had getting sunbeds in morning's . Food pretty good .service always good in restaurant and poolside bar . Roons clean . Staff always have a smile and a hello as you pass them .would recommend

The Ivory playa is a lovely hotel. We had a fab holiday there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and well maintained. Beach a stones throw from the hotel. Excellent for families, 3 pools. A hard working animation team to entertain everybody. Food good.
