BelleVue Bonita and Club Resort

We stayed at the bellevue the first week of June (2024). There was 12 of us, 4 adults and 8 kids. The kids absolutely loved every minute of the holiday. There was so much for us to do, the splash park was amazing and the slides were brilliant. We played mini golf, hired electric scooters, played on the parks, enjoyed the shows in the show garden in the evenings. There was a good selection of food and drink on offer for everyone. If you decide to stay at the bellevue I would recommend you go all inclusive especially if you have kids. All of our kids loved the snack bars in between meal times, with the unlimited tubs of ice creams, burgers, hotdogs and salad. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is a 10 minute walk (maximum). Loads of buses if you want to venture out further. The hotel staff were great too. The only thing I would suggest (mainly for the hotel staff) is that house keeping should be more than once a week. But it's not the end of the world, you can easily keep your room clean. I would definitely go again in the future.

This hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at, the service was not like a hotel, it’s an oversized complex of small hotel that had shared facilities, 1 restaurant were the food was so inadequate, they do not cater for vegetarians it was either chicken and rice or rice and chip with a tomato sauce , all food was bland, we were told that some of the hotel was closed off to paying guests and that they would stick to their side but of course that was not the case and all the pools that were open were crowded by these student, I would never stay here.

The whole place was perfect. Amazing for the money we spent would definitely recommend to everyone. The staff was all so helpful for anything you needed

Never go back! Rooms where dirty, the staff where rude, we was made uncomfortable as we only went self catering and was told only to use the small bars as we were self catering, there was also the majorca island party going on during our stay so the pools where filled with fag ends n beer bottles from students! You also get eaten alive by mosquito! Worst holiday ever

We went to Bellevue last month, we were so nervous because of a lot of negative reviews but honestly we had an amazing time! Myself, my husband and our 3 children-17,12 &6. Our apartment was great no issues, all inclusive food was slightly repetitive but we always had good meals and so much choice. Pools were great and snack bars were also fab. Staff were overall lovely and polite (pizza man sometimes grumpy but not always) It’s a 3 star holiday so don’t go expecting 5 star- well worth the money though. Sometimes a bit noisy at night but it’s other guests enjoying their holiday. The strip and beach all close/ small walk. I would return in a heartbeat. Honestly can’t fault it and wow the beach is stunning!!!

After reading all the bad reviews after we had booked this holiday, I really wanted to cancel. It’s 3* so you get what you pay for, it’s okay, but just okay! It’s such a big complex they just don’t have enough staff to keep it as clean as they could. Mosquitos were horrendous but that’s not hotels fault. Sprays and braclets do nothing! I wouldn’t book all inclusive, the food is nasty. Same things everyday, hotel room was nice, but they only clean 2 to 3 times in 7 days and they don’t make the beds they just give you fresh towels and top sheet and mop, that’s it. Sleep was a massive issue! There was always partys going on till early hours, some mornings was 5am. Why they put family’s and young groups together baffled me. Wasps were that bad that We didn’t go to the bar. Snack bar was literally dried up hotdogs or burger that’s it. Pools are dirty. We ate out most nights, the beach in Alcudia is absolutely stunning! I would go back to Alcudia. We made the most of it and never complained.

Unfortunately the food let’s this hotel down massively, not a meal time where the food was even just ok. The staff were lovely, the hotel pools were fab and the rooms were fine. The daytime entertainment was few and far between and very limited, when we were last here there was loads on for everyone. It didn’t bother us that you could only use 2 bars in the evening in the all inclusive last time but with the mosquitoes as bad as they were down by the evening entertainment it would have been good to be able to go somewhere else to use the all inclusive we had paid for.

We arrived here early in the morning (around lunch - ish) on 19th august. The queue to check in did take a while but once they had given us our room key and a map, we found our apartment pretty easily. Very basic room but we didn’t expect anything more. Everything went smoothly and how it should have done for us. We had a pool as we looked out onto the balcony which was great for children and we managed to get sunbeds as we walked down to breakfast. I must say that the snack bars closed a bit early for an all inclusive but if that’s the only thing you have to worry about then it is not a big deal. Dinner was basic too but they did have a few different dishes every other night. I do think that these reviews were a bit harsh and that before we went here, we had read the reviews and were worrying that it would be dreadful but it was not as bad as we thought at all! Staff were friendly and tried to check us in asap. Also i must add that you cannot blame the hotel for the amount of mosquitos that were here because you are going to a hot country so i don’t know what you expect?! From our room, it wasn’t a long walk to the restaurant which also had evening entertainment and a funfair for children. As we walked to dinner, we passed many different pools that are for anyone to use who are in the hotel. All i can say is that some of these reviews must have meant that lots of people have gone thinking it was some sort of 5 star hotel, i must admit that it is not that but if you are going with a family and are trying to get an all inclusive in mallorca, this one if great! If you are unhappy with what you are getting, i don’t know what to say because for 3 stars it really isn’t as bad as half of these reviews are making it out to be!!!

We went Bellevue on fri 8th July for 7 nights & we were impressed by the service on the reception when we arrived at the resort & also impressed by the size of the room we had and the quality of the room. Pool areas & the pool bars were very good but the restaurant was extremely hot & disorganised which led to frequent queuing just to get into the restaurant. The other very disappointing aspect of the holiday was the evening entertainment, we chose this resort as it was meant to be for families but all they were interested in was a rave party for young Spanish citizens & there was very little on for families in the evening so we went out every night into alcudia to keep the kids amused.

The rooms don’t get done everyday but bins and towels should be done every day. Pool is shocking when reading the policy in your room it’s hilarious your not supposed to get a sunbed until 10am yet you go down at 0730 and there’s none left most days beds had towels on them yet no one on the beds until after lunch. The one that we got bed we had sat for about 3 hours then went to our room so as my daughter could take her insulin and have something to eat on going back downstairs this English family thought it was ok to take our beds and dump the towels on the ground. I’ve never met such ignorant people the hotel. The hotel staff don’t appear to bother about this but they give out hotel policies JOKE.

Avoid! Never been on an all inclusive holiday where it was not all inclusive? Pool bar shuts at 17:50 if you are in the queue or not, quickly followed by staff jet washing around the pool even if you didn’t plan to go in yet! One bar open 600m away in an overcrowded kids club. Wife was less abled so he’d to buy drinks from the shop on most nights. After the restaurant closes, there is nowhere to get food, anywhere! No Jet 2 rep meeting / greeting us at the hotel so had to find our own block and room. I’ve complained to Jet2 but as usual, don’t expect to get any feedback. 2 and a half hour transfer from Palma also, get a cab and book a real 3 star hotel. They have your money so why should they bother.
