Hotel Arenal

Arrived at hotel what a lovely hotel lovely staff polite and friendly. Great location spacious room lovely food it's was so relaxing will go back there again.You won't be disappointed with this hotel.

Our third time at Arenal and we’ve stayed at the sister hotel Ses Savines. The hotel is very well located and although dated still is one of the better ones in San An Bay. The staff are spot on, the food is average but better than most in San An, the pool is very cold but not the hotels fault... quick things to moan about the indoor pool area could do with a update floors are dirty equipment older than the ark as is the gym and daytime entertainment could do with a look at even if it’s just a bit of music. Overall we know what we’re getting and for the price it’s a good deal.

Overall good experience. Met up with friends, and met with others on holiday and had a really good time. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly, choice of good food on the menu, location of the hotel is good. Recommend this hotel.

Hotel Arsenal in San Antonio is a great hotel with beautiful sunsets every night from your balcony Staff very friendly and helpful, food good great transport both to and from San Antonio can't wait to go back

The Hotel Arenal is situated in an ideal position near enough to the nightlife but in a quiet place close to the beach. The hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean with plenty of places to sit and rest if you need to relax. With both indoor and outdoor pools there is plenty of room to stretch out if you fancy getting a tan. Like most hotels these days it's difficult to get a sunbed later in the morning, even though notices say beds cannot re reserved with a towel. The Arenal is situated on three floors so access is never a problem. On arrival we were dismayed to find our rooms didn't have air con, I feel this is a must in hot weather but the receptionist was very helpful and made sure we got if. The Arenal doesn't do a lunchtime menu but poolside snacks are well priced and tasty. Breakfast and evening meal were well Cooked and presented and all our party enjoyed the food enormously. Beds were comfortable and spotless as was the whole room. One drawback was the fact that coaches are not allowed to drop off in front of the hotel indeed we had to walk from the sister hotel a few hundred metres away. Entertainment and drinks were white acceptable but it's nice to get out and explore.

Hotel staff was great they gave us lots of info about places to go and how to get there ect... however the room was awful for the amount we paid for the holiday defienetly not what they look like on the pictures. The food was mediocre, we was half board but only had breakfast as the main dinner time food was just "pub grub". Pool area RAMMED we had to go on the beach everyday as there was no chance getting a sunbed after 9am

The hotel was very good. The food was excellent, the staff were lovely. Very clean. Perfect location. The room was clean, great wet-room. Beds comfortable. No complaints from us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to this hotel.

2nd Visit to this great hotel and will not be the last Staff are so friendly and helpful, top marks for cleanliness Definitely value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect with amazing sea views, beach is only a couple of steps from the hotel. Food was good with plenty to choose from

fabulous staff - customer service comes first ! thanks Tony for ensuring we were taken care of for poolside meals and drinks ! plus all in Reception and lovely women in restaurant, especially assistant head of.

Our 12th visit to this hotel. The staff are amazing always ready to help. Food is good and plentiful salad bar is always good. Once a week on a Thursday they have a gala night with lots more choice we always look forward to that. On a downside we felt that the air conditioning was not working as well this year but cannot downgrade the mark given. Hopefully we will be there once again

Fourth year here and will be back next year without fail. What makes a holiday great? Hotel Arenal!! The staff recognised us straight away and welcome us both with open arms. I'll be honest it's slightly dated which I think adds to the character of the place, so clean you could eat your food off the floor. Thank you for making our holiday a happy and memorable one, thank you all. 😁
