Montebello Deluxe Hotel

Where do I start….staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, rooms were very clean indeed with the older women wanting to ‘chat’ every time they saw you, well positioned about 50 m from the front, hotel is lovely and compact… small but with a big heart.

Rooms are fine pool fine they should tell you if you want full English breakfast you have to pay extra Turkish breakfast was ok apart from the flies landing on the food all the time the half board MENU VERY POOR the food was ok we went out to eat after three nights we did pay extra for half board this should not be HALF BOARD

Room was a shed on the roof described as Superior. It was not superior and it smelled of drains. Asked Manager, Murad, to change and he said we were given the wrong room by an "idiot" and to pack and he would move us to a better one. We went and packed ALL of our luggage only to get a call on the room phone to say he had made a mistake and we were not going anywhere. When I told him we had already packed he said "I don't care , your staying where you are". Hotel was not as clean as previous holidays but the other members of staff were all very polite and friendly as usual.

Newly refurbished and of a good standard. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels. Food was very good and always a sunbed available. Pool was good sized and good eating arrangements.

This hotel has unfriendly staff who take no interest in any being helpful, the hotel has severe health and safety issues with kids jumping off walls into pool, a child threw her buggy into the jacuzzi, kids diving into the jacuzzi. There is no management interest in what or how guests are behaving. The breakfast is monotonous and covered in flies with local guest sitting smoking in the middle of the restaurant despite visible no smoking signs. Weak management!

Very nice hotel staff very friendly and helpful cleaners very good rooms were first class good nicely renovated , we stayed at hotel before renovation staff and cleanliness still of the same standard.
