Prime Beach Hotel

Where to start? If I was to rate just on the lunch and dinner and snack I would say 5 stars. The food was non stop and the snack kept coming!! Never had so much ice cream as I did whilst I stayed there. We went with kids and there was just so much to do. Activities for both children and adults. It was the perfect location, not too busy and although on the beach side was not on the noise part. The rooms!!!! We stayed on the wing that looks like a prison The rooms where tiny and the supposed double bed looked like a single bed which didn't work for a couple. I almost fell off the bed once. The shower was so small The cleaners were good tho they tried their best but for a 4.5/5 star i would have expected better in the batroom. There was a constant smell in our corridor and the lift on the wing I was in was so tiny. If you're claustrophobic sorry to you. The other wings were fine. The rooms sizes were OK and the bathrooms were bigger but the numbers that start with 44 those rooms are not the best. I would rate it a 5 star I would say more 4 star just because of the rooms.

Nothing too much trouble, always cleaning and tiding, even anticipating your next drink! Good, friendly smiling staff. Just off the dolmush route for easy access to the town centre, although the taxis were pretty cheap too.

The hotel is huge and perfect location.10 steps from our bedroom to the sea. Food-exceptional. I gained 4kg after this holiday and still fighting with them(month later) 😭🤣. Great entertainment for children and adults. Kids loved the pool and water slides. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Preffect view from our bedroom. The only thing I didn't like was the beach. Stony hard beach. Muddy water and stones into the sea. However the hotel, as it's name says - ideal.

Was shown a quadruple family room that looked really good when booking then on arrival realised we were put in the attic! Literally top floor room with my 2 young children 1 and 4 and the room was more like a double room then a quadruple family room. Hit my head on the ceilings as the room was arched inside. Balcony outside definitely not safe for kids as it’s sloped and they can climb over the railing fairly easy considering your on the top floor.

My family and I came to Marmaris. I brought my parents for a nice relaxing stay and wanted to surprise my dad for his birthday. Before arriving I requested to get a good size comfortable bedroom as my dad has previously broken his leg and wanted him to be comfortable. When I arrived at hotel I found my room to be extremely small and cramped. It was not as luxurious as it looks on photographs. When I spoke to reception staff was rudely told that I can pay more and get a better room. I have to say the reception staff are the worst staff I have ever come across. The worst customer service and extremely poor attitudes. They were rude and inconsiderate. Later in the weeek I had a huge bug in my bathroom in panic I called reception and was told it is a forest area and should expect this. This was unacceptable. They said again if I want a room change I can pay. They only want money unfortunately. I found my experience with the reception staff to be one of the worst in the world. Not only was the room and hotel reception staff not the best but the hotel was extremely noisy and the rooms were not sound proof at all. I could hear speaking and sounds from rooms opposite and next door. The corridors and outside was very busy whcih led to very poor quality of sleep. On the contrary. I have to say the hotel location was great. With amazing views and beach right next to it. It has nice views and nice seating areas. In opposition to the reception staff the hotel workers, waiters especially were the best I’ve probably ever come across. They were all so friendly full of life and kind. Special thanks to Alican who made our stay exceptional. He would always come with a smile. Always ask if we needed anything and if we wanted any drinks. He was amazing. Alongside with most other waiters who were very accommodating and kind. A huge thanks to all the waiters and people around the bar, restaurant inside and outside. However reception staff, rooms and the bug were a real let down
