Pasa Beach Hotel

Good hotel, big bedrooms, beds are very uncomfortable and need to be looked at! We had a lovely sea view from our balcony. Bathroom needs a large shower rather than a shower over a small bath as the bathroom was massive so not a good use of space. Food was good, drinks were good. Sunbeds were very good quality with fat cushions. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Marmaris is fabulous, loved it, weather was average of 28 degrees every day.

The location is great, situated in a lovely part of Marmaris, with it's own private beach. The facilities overall are really good. The pool area is nice and clean, and the all-inclusive nature is obviously a big plus. However, a few tiny thing niggled, and stopped this just short of being a perfect hotel. The free wifi is good, but only works in the lobby, or sporadically at the pool area. So, we paid for wifi, so we could also have access in our rooms. This was slower than the free wifi! Odd. Secondly, while most of the staff were very friendly, and went out of their way to help you, there were a couple that looked at us like we were something they'd trodden in, and it made me feel slightly uncomfortable. This was only once or twice tops, but still... Thirdly, You cannot take the towels off the premises, so if you are taking a day trip anywhere, like the island tour, you need to make your own towel provisions. The first hotel I've ever experienced that with. And finally, I've also never stayed in a hotel with a room safe, where they charged you to use it. These may seem like minor niggles, but they are noticeable, compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the past. Overall though, we had a lovely time, and certainly wouldn't have a problem staying at the hotel again, armed with the knowledge now about what to expect. We also fell in love with a couple of the local cats that hung around the hotel grounds!

Fabulous holiday, lovely hotel helpful staff. Hotel very clean and staff very attentive. Would definately recommend. We went as a family of 5 ranging from 17 to 53. We all had a great time and would definately go again. Location is great, food nice can recommend omelettes for breakfast. Taxi service to nightclub for younger ones is a really good idea. Entertainment staff really friendly.

Struggling with this review!! We have stayed in one of there sister hotel which was fabulous but this certainly was not on par, poor secruity on beach all and sundry can come on as long as they buy drink and food. They bloke who watches they beach helps those not saying at hotel with beach beds tables were a disgrace. Hotel staff not friendly AT ALL from waiters/waitress to bar staff. Food erm thats a tough one as you can not please everyone on that so food okish

This was our 6th visit to Pass beach and it improves every time adding extra things like a kettle in rooms now.We would never consider staying at the same place before as we like to see the world but cannot resist at least a week here once a year,it feels like coming home. Reception staff welcoming and helpful in every way,rest of staff make you welcome and are very friendly and make you feel like they really value your custom. Bedrooms very clean and comfortable,towels changed regular as is the bed.If I had to find fault it would only be the lack of british TV channels,but we have such a good time we were rarely in our room. Food quality excellent and though some a bit repetitive we always found lots to eat. Drinks variety is very good. The animation team are very good when no one wanted to join in leaving them with nothing to do they went round everyone chatting about activities in hotel.Very impressed

Lovely hotel plenty of room without feeling busy, hotel room of a good size, facilities good too.The food was to a good standard although repetative. Some bar staff very friendly n helpful. Evening entertainment could do with an overhaul some nights it was cringe worthy!!!

Lovely clean tidy helpful hotel, food in abundance, enough choices for every palette, beds a little too hard, air conditioning loud, good sized rooms, facilties good, fresh towels daily, evening entertainment needs major work on it. All in all a good hotel close to local amenities and transport links.
