Julian Club Hotel

We had the most amazing stay at the Julian , our little boy was over the moon with the kids club and the yolo team was just fantastic, jay, rip, Leo and “handsome” Jo haha as he calls himself. They make you feel like family. Rooms was spotless , dinner and tea was fantastic every single night . We went out for breakfast some mornings as our son wouldn’t eat the sausages for breakfast were like hot dog sausages this was nothing to us however . Couldn’t fault this hotel we are definitely going back !

Stayed here August 2022. Was put in a single room for 4 people, 2 camp beds and a single wardrobe! Complained as was moved to a slightly bigger room but they wanted me to pay for an upgrade?! Ended up not paying for this but new room had 2 camp beds as well for 3 adults and 1 child. Air conditioning did not work in restaurant, food was ok, entertainment was dire, and sun beds! You were lucky if you got one beyond 7 o’clock. The hotel was way over crowded, think they are trying to claw some lost revenue because of covid. I would not stay here again

Been on many family holidays but got to say that the entertainment and entertainer’s are by far the best I have come across, always polite, helpful, and couldn’t do enough for the children and the parents. Always on hand to make you laugh and always loads to do for the children and for the adults to take part in to. I have to say I had a blast. Jay and his entertainment team made the holiday what it was. See you next year.

We recently stayed here in April, when we arrived we were instantly greeted with helpful staff and bell boys who helped with luggage and checking in. Food and drinks were practically all day and it was amazing, always different things to try but still has the classics for fussy eaters (chips, nuggets, bolognese). All of the staff were amazing especially the restaurant staff, they were quick and always on the go and ready to provide service. Poolside was always clean and several different pools to choose from which is amazing for younger kids too. Rooms were cleaned everyday too with fresh bedding and clean towels. Only slight downfall is it’s roughly 20/25 minute walk from the beach or you could get a taxi from opposite the hotel for a couple pound. Other than that not a single fault, will 100% book again I can’t wait to go back with my children and partner.

We arrived early hours of the morning after a terrifying ordeal in Dalaman airport when s phone battery exploded and we thought we were being attacked. The check in was painless and we got a room in the main building on the first floor. For all the time we spent in the room it was ample for 2 adults a teen and a child. The room was modern but the maid was lazy she never changed the sheets and she surfaces cleaned, the bathroom was disgusting and the shower hose was broken had to tie it with a shoe lace! After the night before we were tired so had a bit of a sleep in and I wish we didn’t as when we went to the pool it was packed and not a sun lounger to be seen around the pool area and with a child who wanted to be in the pool that’s not great. We spent the day up on the terrace that day and the next as again we were not down at 4am like others who slept on them. A few days into our holiday there was an incident where a adult male was molesting young girls swimming through their legs and touching them. He also threatened kids down at the arcades who he touched that is they told their parents he would kill the parents. He was arrested but all the same it shows how easy anyone can come into a hotel and do what they like. The food was disgusting in the evening and I’d challenge anyone who said differently, very dry and not to my standards and I’m not a food snob! Entertainment team were second to none could not fault them they work so hard and are just so friendly. Also I’ve never been to a hotel with so many adults fighting over stupid things mainly grown men over the pool ball games! When the Turks moaned to hotel about things they didn’t like the management and their entourage arrived. Wouldn’t stay again I have been to Marmaris a few times and I feel it’s changed this year don’t know if we will be back. Everyone says oh I don’t know why people leave bad reviews but this is my experience here!

The hotel and rooms were lovely, it would make for a better stay if more sunbeds were available. We found that people were coming down to reserve these at 6am, in the end we resorted to buying lilo's just to be able to stay in the hotel and use the all inclusive. The food was lovely with good service and the snack bar was great. We did find that the cleaners missed our room on a few occasions despite us not leaving a do not disturb sign on the door, which meant our rubbish was over flowing from the bins. Other than these two small points it was a great stay.

Were do i start ,well from the moment we got there which was in the early hours of the morning ,the staff were there to meet us with big happy smiles on there faces were very polite and helpful ,and tried to get us all sorted as quickly as possible ,we have been to this hotel once before ,and the food is amazing and i am a very fussy eater but there is something for everyone ,and the staff are brilliant with you ,nothing is to much trouble for them and then you have the entertainment staff they are outstanding could`nt say anything wrong about them they work so hard and so long every day and night and they are really good with the children ,in facked the whole hotel is Absolutely Fantastic and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone you want a fab holiday then The Julian Club is for you .
