Golden Rock Beach Hotel

Had a fab time,hotel was great,rooms clean and spacious,food was lovely plenty of choice,staff we’re very friendly,entertainment team were great fun,location was great right on the beach,loads of places to eat and loads of shops,can’t wait to go back

Couldn’t fault this hotel from start to finish Hotel staff were happy to help with any issues or requests Entertainment team were brilliant always something going on day and night Pool and pool area was good and kept clean Really hope to see this hotel on jet2 in 2023 as we and others we met here can’t wait to hook up again

Initial greeting very late at night was great. Rooms were ready for us but some were tiny & not suited to 3 people. Rooms are a bit small, but clean & tidy. Shower room lovely. Beds were hard as rocks found it difficult to sleep but n them, my cousin went off to sleep downstairs on the lounge furniture as it was more comfy,, Communal dining are -standard all inclusive, but food quality very good really enjoyed the yummy rice puddings..Uber creamy. Dining room staff were really helpful & just very nice to our party of 11 people. Food good & plentiful, catering to all cuisine needs, but go outside if you want a good full English...,, Bar facilities were good, but some of the bar staff were so moody it soured the day. Local spirits not bad at all & bar staff generous in levels... Barman Ferdi....was lovely, cheerful, cheeky but respectful. Shops on site really useful & again just lovely people. A bit more expensive than down the road but convenient. Turkish bath....expensive & not that great. Go external to get a proper Turkish bath at half the cost & twice the content.. Beauty salon....don’t bother getting a mani/pedi here, it’s absolutely awful, waste of time & money. 10 mins down road to right....great local salon used by local people got an excellent local got an excellent pedicure with shellac £10, excellent quality work, better than at home - 3 weeks later nails still in great condition,, Proximity to beach - excellent, not enough beds for number of people, but lovely environment to chill in. Waters shallow enough for non swimming children to enjoy safely. Entertainment was not great, but there’s so much locally it wasn’t really a big deal. Trips via hotel ...expensive. Go out & purchase trips & excursions.. Local shopping will kill your credit card, but too much fun....loved it

stayed at this hotel in may this year great hotel spotlessly clean brilliant animation team lovely pool all staff were very nice and friendly this is a very well run hotel and i would recommend it to everyone you wont be disappointed with your stay here rooms spacious and beds changed every day and mini bar stocked every day the only very very small downside was the food wasnt great of course this is only my opinion there was lots of choices and plenty of it lol on the whole i would revisit this hotel in a heartbeat

Just back after 7 days on our first stay in Marmaris although we have been going to Turkey for 12yrs. Lovely hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Food was good although sometimes repetitive but you could eat from 07.30 through to midnight if you wanted to. Hotel was very clean and our housekeeper was a lovely lady, always smiling and everyday she would leave our towels in various designs on the bed and with flowers on the Turkish Mother’s Day. Animation team were good and tried to make sure everyone was involved around the pool. Only downside was the WiFi, the connection was not great. The private beach area was very clean and there was no hassle from anyone trying to sell you trips, etc. We will definitely go back.

We Stayed Here For 24 Nights, Came Home 12th October. We Cannot Fault Anything Regarding Our Stay Here. Mixture Of Food. Always Something For Everyone's Taste. Hotel Bar & Waiting Staff Very Friendly. Lovely Outdoor Bar, Pool & Beach.

Pleasant enough hotel but not 5 star by our standards(have stayed in other 5 star in turkey) food was very repetitive and not allways hot just warm,found it strange that you could only get ice cream from an all inclusive 5 star between the hours of 1600/1800 and not at all at lunch/evening meal Staff were friendly and the entertainment team led by Ali put in a lot off hard work.The mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable.

Have visited this hotel 5 times prior to this visit has this is a great location , my last visit being around 2 years ago , since my visit the hotel has become very tired looking , the decor has paper and paint peeling from walls in areas , the skirting boards and door frame was coming off in my room , then patio doors had the locks broken so was unable to lock them at any time , seems like general maintenance does not take place in this hotel but is very visible on the eye for this to be missed . Cleanliness of communial areas , the lifts , glass around the hotel , tables and around the sunbeds glasses plates left around , ladies toilets not all taps worked , soap not available at all times . Standard and choice of food not 5 star anymore ., used to have chiefs going around checking , no longer does this happen . The good thing i can say is that the waitering service in the restaurant and in tthe bars was 1st class , the staff could not have done any more to try and make our stay enjoyable . Also a mention to the animation team again very pleasant and freindly . Come on Golden Rock lets have this hotel back upto 5 star standard has i have always been able to recommend this hotel to family and freinds

Just got back after 11 nights holiday, and must say the staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel definitely deserve the 5 star. The guest relations manager is brilliant she is always around to help and works very hard would certainly be going back, the only downside not much entertainment for children.

This was an amazing place the location was on the beach food was 5 star staff amazing rooms clean and modern value you for money you want get ether having been holidaying here for the past eight years this was the best so far

This is a good hotel, the rooms are good but with visitor numbers down in Turkey do not think they will stop charging for safes and put tea and coffee in the rooms.Cutting costs seem to be the norm that said it is clean the food well nothing bad good choice, the staff and management are very hard working. On the beach good transport links to the centre of Marmaris or Iclmeler, try the bars across the road for a good breakfast.
