Emre Beach Hotel & Emre Hotel

Second time around and gob smacked again!! The service the hotel the people the food 100% satisfaction guaranteed !! I fully recommend this holiday to anyone. Everything on your doorstep…..if you want boom boom it’s 20 mins walk away if you want peace and quiet the hotel is situated perfectly. 10 steps to the beach from the pool. I thought it may have been too good to be true until our second time around but it was just as perfect as the first time we went there. The Thai spa makes you feel like you’re actually in Thailand. The food is perfect and a massive selection every day , for meat eaters and vegetarians too! Free clean towels every day ,fresh sheets clean and spotless rooms daily. The friends and family we took along with us this time want to re book already and we’ve only been back a week!

4th time visiting this hotel, can’t fault anything from the food and drinks to the staff. The hotel is very clean, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mehet from the bar goes above and beyond with his service. Ara and his entertainment team are always there to help with games during the day and entertainment at night. We went at Easter and one of the outdoor pools was heated which was great as although the sun is shining and it is hot the water is still cold, although when we returned at the end of May they had turned the heater off so it was to cold to go in the pool.

Fantastic location amazing staff all worked really hard to help us enjoy are stay food was always hot and fresh the salad bar was amazing would definitely stay here again plenty of places close by if you want a change of scenery nice touch by the hotel to come around the beach which is right outside with lolly ices

We had a great holiday in July. The hotel is located right by the beach. Very clean and excellent service. friendly staff.Lots of different choices of food. Top marks for Lindsey the relation manager very helpful.

Lovely place great location friendly staff loved those in the hairdressers. Food was so good I put on loads lol. Lots of sunbeds. Beautiful but not too posh as to make you uncomfortable I am definitely going back.

Stayed in this hotel from September 28 to 12 October staff were friendly and helpful hotel was lovely unfortunately food was terrible we were all inclusive and 2days we just had bread and jam for lunch food was cold and no variety we have always been alincusve and know food can be repetitive but every day was the same from day one we had to eat out every night or starve

The hotel is very nice staff friendly. Food ok but very repetitive sometimes not very hot. The only problem that i felt was you had to cross the busy main road to go for food as it was served in its other hotel Emre Beach.

Lovely hotel on beach easy access for walking perfect for couples rooms clean and with plenty storage. Staff excellent friendly and helpful. Food good plenty of choice as are bar staff and drinks with adequate selection

Came here in the first two weeks of June with my boyfriend for his birthday. Staff were superb all day everyday, the long shifts didn't seem to get them down which was good. Room was impeccable couldn't fault the room apart from I felt the reception team to be very unhelpful, every enquiry I had I was told to come back at a different point in the day from lack of understanding, which I found very inconvenient at times. The food is definitely the thing that lets this hotel down. The entertainment was pretty repetitive and aimed at the older guests rather then the younger crowd, only entertainment for the younger crowd was "bar street" which isnt to everyone's taste. Apart from that we had a really good and pleasant stay.

HavE stayed in this hotel many times, but am afraid it is not so good as precious years, it is a shame as hotel and rooms are very good and you cannot fault the staff from reception to cleaners and bar staff, Now the bad bits, food. Breakfast was ok, lunch and evening meal was so bad we eat out most nights, used to go down and have a look, but go out for something nice to eat,the hotel,is catering for the Russians , whom are so rude filling up several plates and wasting it. The staff in restaurant are run off there feet, also a lot of cut backs have been made, no table cloths on tables only runners, never seen a table cleaned or wiped, no teaspoons just wooden stirrers the like you get in Macdonalds precious years they had English breakfast teabags and herbal teas, not anymore, cannot comment on entertainment iof a night as never stayed to watch it. I requested a back room as am a light sleeper and road is very noisy, I asked if I could be moved and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a suite for £250. which we declined other guests said they were given the opposite of what hey wanted as well.. It is a real shame, as this hotel was once a good 4* now I would say because of the catering it is only a 3*.

We stayed at Emre Beach in Marmaris from 10-24/06/2017. The hotel is very attractive from the outside, is in an excellent beachside (as the name suggests!) location and the rooms are well appointed. The reception desk is always manned and most of the staff spoke English and were very helpful. There were 2 pools, which were both a good size and were always clean and well maintained. Sounds like a 5 star rating yeah? Well there were a few minus points which made it a 4 in my book. The food was pretty repetitive and sometimes a little bland but we could usually find enough to keep us going at every mealtime. The cleaning of the rooms was a little disappointing. There was a hand soap spill on our bathroom floor when we arrived and it was still there when we left. The floors were also continually dusty with the same piece of fluff continually in one of the corners for the last 7 days of our stay (we left it there to see if/when it would be removed but it never was). The towels were changed every day but that seemed to be all that was done. There was also a minor issue on our day of checkout regarding getting (previously agreed by reception staff) showers at the hotel after checkout but before transfer to the airport. The matresses and pillows were both very firm but that is obviously a matter for personal preference. Overall I would say this was a pretty good hotel, which, with some minor tweaks would be excellent.

Hotel is Hotel is nice and clean and on the beach. We paid for a sea view and the view was amazing. but not much choice on food for a inclusive hotel. Breakfast is ok and enjoyable but dinner was not great and the same every day. Tea varied with odd themed night but nothing up in hotel to say what night was which. And was still very repetitive and we did eat out quite abit. Drinks was good though. We had problems with the safe. we paid 90lt for it, 9lt a day. The safes are electronic and we could not access it every time we wanted anything out of, 3 days in a row and we had the hotel technician out who brought other staff with him to our room. On the 3rd day we realised after the technician had been and fixed it again! that we had £110 pound missing. The safe is in a wardrobe and you can't see what's going on. When we asked if we could empty it we the safe we'll been fixed, we was told we didn't need too! We reported it to the hotel and also said we wanted our money back for the safe. we was told it would be investigated and that he had to see a manager to give money back for safe. The next day we was told nothing would be done about the missing money as we had allowed the staff in to our room!! Guest relations lady in the hotel got involved, who was lovely and we managed to get 50lt back for the safe which should have been 63 ! as we only used it 3 days, but was told there on refund more than 50lt ( in which case there shouldn't charge more than 50lt for anything!) We spoke to our rep about the situation who was no help and we was told that there was not point reporting it to the police, as you have to pay for statements translated to Turkish. So if you stay at the hotel and have any problem with the safe, empty it and be careful of staff in your room. The shower also leaked in our room which there sent no one to look at.

Hotel has been refurbed and is quite modern, rooms comfortable with good AC.Coffee and drink stations situated round hotel to help yourself to. Could do with Tea/Coffee facilities in rooms. Bathroom a bit small but very good shower. Food ok, usual buffet style but enough choice so you wont go hungry. Lindsey on guest relations was brill,knew the answer to anything you asked her. Hotel in good position for beach, shops and entertainment. Biggest disappointment was the price of WIFI in the hotel, most hotels have free WIFI these days. Overall we had a good week, weather was good which helps and a big thank you to the bar staff for excellent service. Would recommend this hotel for a quick week away at a reasonable price.
