Alenz Suite

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all I'm afraid. Our hotel rooms weren't clean when we got there, found hair in the bath and chewing gum was stuck in electric sockets air conditioning unit, door frames, need i go on....and was hardly cleaned throughout our stay. Was overcharged on numerous occasions for drinks. Staff were nice so wasn't all bad. Pool is far too small for the amount of people they accommodate for. Such a shame because could be a really good hotel. Only thing I would say is its good for the kids and the entertainment was ok. Sorry to be negative but we've stayed in a few hotels in marmaris as we love it, but will not be going back there!

Love this hotel would definitely recommend this hotel I have stayed here for the last three year with my partner and are three children, can't fault the staff always very heplpful, always willing to help my partner to is disabled see u next year

This is my third year to the Alenz suite I have never had any problems with the alenz , and if i did have any problem they would off been sorted by the wonderful staff and hope to go back again next year with my family as long as it on the jet 2 books

Wish I had taken notice of the bad reviews before I booked. This place is dirty and not a nice place to be. Basically the only “cleaning” the maid did was empty our bin. You also have to provide your own toilet roll. Around the pool is filthy and you are constantly being hounded to book trips or a Turkish Bath. Our balcony door didn’t lock and it took several trips to reception to get it fixed. There were constantly people queuing up at reception to complain. We gave up after the first couple of days as it was obvious that nothing would be done. We just had to blank it out and try to enjoy our holiday. We didn’t last the two weeks though, checked ourselves into another hotel to get a nice end to our holiday.

Most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Toilet shower and wash basin not cleaned once during 2 week stay. Cleaning staff don’t appear to have any cleaning products. Mop floors with water only. Bed linen only changed once after direct demand. Very difficult to get clean towels. Pool area only given a quick hose down by bar staff at end of day and larger pieces of debris lifted. Loungers weren’t moved so underneath them was filthy as were the cushions and tables which were never wiped. Air conditioning leaked for a fortnight. Staff informed on numerous occasions but were generally disinterested. There is nothing positive to say about this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst place I have ever stayed in my life!! Don’t know how people Can write a good review. We arrived here on 16 July first look at the hotel looks nice and pool area looks good but don’t be fooled by this. We where then took to our room which was located on the bottom floor, the room was disgusting and smelt so bad I wouldn’t have even put a dog in it to sleep, walls where all dirty and the chair and bed was all black stains and when we tried to close the front door the handle came right off in my hand!! so we where them moved to another room after telling them there was no way we were sleeping in there. So we where took to the other building up 4 flights of stairs with no lift and on first view everything seemed ok until we tried to use the sockets in the room and none of them worked, so we complained again and where told to go buy a extension and run it from the kitchen into the room and as you could imagine they where told where to go. So we then wasted a day sitting in way 3 men trying to fix this for them to eventually sort it then the toilet light wouldn’t go so back they can for what seemed like a lifetime in a hot sweaty room for them to fix this. After all that we where walking down the stairs to the pool and I went down every one of them brushing my back and both arms, the stairs are like a death trap and no a hadn’t been drinking. Our towels weren’t changed once and we only had 3 bath towels between 4, I eventually had to ask for new ones. The cleaners would pick the dirty ones up and put them back in toilet all neat as if they had changed them and we knew they hadn’t as my daughter had makeup On one and even this was back back few times. On arrival we had to go looking for a supermarket at 3.30 in morning for toilet paper as this wasn’t provided the wholeStay. We never had a bin eithers and eventually I had to take our rubbish from the room myself. Everyday there was someone at reception complaining about something. To top it all off on the last nite the manager guy got a kicking and the jail For touching a 16 year inappropriately, which we found out while there it’s no the first time that’s happened at this hotel. WAS THE WORST HOLIDAY OF OUR LIFE!!! And for anyone who says am taking rubbish well on your own head be it, a don’t usually bother about bad reviews but this place was a joke from start to finish 😡😡😡😡😡!!!

We stayed at the alenz suite hotel for 10 days at the end August 2017, this is are second year at the hotel. Really friendly staff enjoy are self. The room are really good, every thing you need. The restaurant food good could have a better choice for children meals and very surprise that they don't have burger on the meal in the evening but have then at lunch. Entertainment team good had lot of fun, looking to book again for 2018 can't wait to go back.

We never had hot water once in two weeks the shower doesn't drain and is tiny. Cleaners were useless left 2 towels for 4 people they didn't clean the floors nothing. Restaurant take forever to serve you and food isn't the best over priced. We seen 6 people fall threw the over flow round the pool. I could write an essay on this hotel but don't have the space. The camera man and entertainment staff try hard nice people. would recommend club atrium or Aida over this one any day.

What a total mess and dangerous around pool. My disabled husband fell down stupid grates they had at side of pool. Breakfast wad under cooked every day.. cost us extra £200 to upgrade to the room we booked in first place. Air con is stupid money and cheap. Only good thing was the entertainment team were brilliant but treat really bad
