Laguna Beach Alya Resort & Spa

The hotel was great. Very clean, super friendly staff, and a great animation team - DJ Bari was great, very chatty and funny. The food was nice, a huge variety but did get a bit repetitive after a while - I think this is expected though as it’s a buffet style catering to a lot of different people. They do fresh waffles everyday from 4-6pm which are lovely. The beach is a short trip a way, less than a minute down the hill. It’s nice but covered in small pebbles so you can’t walk bare foot, but even if it was sand you still couldn’t walk bare foot as it’s so hot! But overall a nice addition to the hotel - there’s also activities for an extra fee like jet ski. There was also a good variety of excursions, but if booking through jet2 you have to pay by card. And a heads up, most of the prices everywhere were in Euros! You’d probably be better off taking euro than Turkish Lira. The animation team were great, friendly and chatty but never pressured you to join in. Only downside I would say is most nights there was no music/entertainment in the main area, but a lot of nights there would be something happening at the stage area - this would only last about an hour though and is not near the bar. The cocktails were good, standard alcohol and juice, sadly the nicer cocktails cost extra, around €7. There was also a man who sold Sisha for a good price and a shop. Overall a great hotel, only gave it a 4 because there was no music of an evening, needs more all inclusive cocktails and the beach is pebbly - but other than that it was great. We’d definitely come back again

Not even the kids club can speak a word of it.the food was very repetitive and the staff aggressive even threatened me with police. Good luck it.you travel to this hotel. Nadir is amazing

great hotel and the staff couldn't be more friendly especially sami in the restaurant and the staff in the lobby bar .Great experience if you use the spa as they couldn't have been more helpful when they identified that I had a problem with my shoulder .As for the rest ,the food in the restraint was often cold and the music round the pool was mainly aimed at the young crowd .Evening entertainment was limited with disco round the pool also aimed at the young crowd

Hotel was lovely beautiful rooms food was good so was the alcohol all staff are friendly and fun the pools where nice peaceful the main pool had a dj who played good music for the younger end the animation team do a good job at keeping you entertained if you wanted quiet there was a pool area for adults only the barber was quite good and a lovely English girl in the beauty room was very nice the beach is close on a hill but there is a Jeep to take you down a 2 minute drive very pebbly though beach bar and snack there too the area was too quiet for me unless you want to travel for a night out a bazaar was a 10 minute walk away be prepared to be dragged into shops plenty of bargains to be had

Hotel ok food not the best terrible animation team silly games ,more like for kids than adults Fanta cola wtf.Too many drunk Russian which piss off everyone, specially on dinner they like animals . Do I will back ? Big No

Great hotel , staff very friendly, I paid for a side sea view and I got a front one so I can complain. Food was really good , shame about the rude Russian guests with no manners. Play them at there game and they don’t like it.

The hotel was nice very clean staff were good and friendly! rooms were very clean! Food was ok very repetitive! Was advertised as antalya it was hour and half away was kind of in middle of nowhere surrounded by other hotels no bars restaurants etc! Over all was good value for what we paid but would research area before you book

New hotel, good,frendly staff, animation team, special thanks to Selim,Aliona,Ira,they take care of us.Rooms very comfortable, brand new basically, cleaned everyday.Food was OK,bit small choice, but enough.Hotel should spent more money on animation team to do better show in the night time.Rude barmen at pool bar, selective friendly on different guests.Overall good holiday.
