Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek - 7 nights with 4 Rounds of Golf Included

Couldn’t fault the place, staff were fabulous and couldn’t be any more friendly or accommodating . New Year’s Eve celebrations were really well thought out and it was a lovely trip. I would definitely go back in the summer months to make full use of the pools and pool bars in the heat.

We stayed in a family swim-up as this suited our party of two adults and two university age children. Overall we had a really good holiday and made the best of the amenities on offer. We paid the supplements to eat at the a la carte restaurants most evenings as the main restaurant was ‘hectic’ and the food quality wasn’t great. Breakfast was okay and we used the 16+ section which had a more relaxed vibe - appreciate this is a family hotel but even do something needs to be done to improve the dining experience. We stayed for 6 full days and by that time felt as though we had exhausted the evening entertainment. My experience of the hotel staff was excellent, those who served us at bars etc were super helpful and polite. We had our mini bar topped up everyday and for a small tip we were pleased that extras and our preferences were remembered and kept replenished! I wouldn’t return purely because rarely go to the same hotel more than once, equally this was our first experience of Turkey all inclusive so would feel unreasonable to compare to other hotels were have stayed at in Greece/ Dubai ( which are more 5 star all round)

From the moment we walked through the doors the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were first class. The pools were clean and the land train/boat to the beach were frequent (although it was a lovely walk down the river too). The kids club had plenty of activities and is a drop off and pick up as you wish. The only slight negative was the duvet was smaller than the bed so you struggled as a couple to comfortably cover yourself. Also, as a personal preference the bed was too soft and woke a few times each night to change positions and recover ourselves. Overall though, the room and hotel in general was excellent.

My wife and I had an wonderful holiday.we celebrated our anniversary whilst there. Facilities at hotel are excellent from the food choice to the spa was let down slightly by the tour rep not being helpful but otherwise excellent

Great holiday for blended family- something for everyone! Clean!Great boat to the beach and beach all inclusive. Good fun scuba diving on hotel trip. Good food. Just for family of four kids could do with an extra bedroom area but great for 3 kids and two adults.

When we arrived at the hotel we were ushered to a lovely lounge to check into the hotel, a lady came and took our passports and asked us to fill a form in, which she then took away. After 30 minitues of waiting, and 3 other families given their keys and taken to their rooms, my partner and I were sat there still. I was extremly annoyed, tired and hungry!!! And when I went to ask at reception about what was going on, no apology or acknowledgment that we’d been waiting over half an hour to simply check in!! During this time we were not offered any drinks etc (at previous hotels in Belek this has always happened.) when we finally got to our room it wasn’t at all what we booked, and I insisted we got moved, which we eventually did. The room was large and spacious, however not very clean. The bathroom was very small also. The fridge was leaking upon arrival which we also had to request be fixed. The food in the hotel was lovely as was the range of drinks. The buffet was very repetitive though and not much variation from night to night. The main problem about this hotel was the staff, they just simply weren’t interested in serving you!! Some were lovey, mainly at the a la carte restaurants) but others just didn’t pay attention (especially breakfast). The outdoor space and facilities were amazing, slides we’re great, adult only Olympic pool was amazing as were the cabana beds there. The gym was large and had lots of equipment available. And the spa (no extra costs) was lovey. The beach was a bit of a let down, as was the beach restaurant but this didnt matter to us as we prefer the pool area. My partner was most annoyed that the didn’t serve once cream in the evenings!! Overall, nice hotel, but worn and needed a better clean. The worst part was the effort of the staff, which unfortunately would make us not want to return. It’s not as good as other notes which I have visited in the past (Rixos Premium Belek, Cornelia Diamond Belek, Sueno, Regnum and MaxxRoyal - final two are the most amazing hotels)

Lovely stay, great resort, only criticism is the staff, most are ignorant and look at you like your asking for the world when you go for a drink or ice cream! They don’t look like they want to be there and really let it down, a few exceptions, especially BARIS (chief waiter) he was amazing and deserves praise for his care and passion he puts into his job, he made it for us. Thank you BARIS!! Had a few issues, they really should have someone hand sanitising people before entering the restaurant, no wonder people get sick on all inclusive holidays, the amount of people I seen walking out the toilet without washing there hands was shocking. Then we are all sharing food tongs etc. Also people touch food and don’t take! Also had a paper napkin wrapped up into my food one night which was not pleasant, chef said it must have fell in when they cover the food, it was in a white yoghurt so I just about spotted it and think I had already eaten some! Called housekeeping at 2 am one night as my little boy had been sick and I needed a clean bed sheet, it never came. Would I return, for what we paid yes, and to see baris! Just a shame about the snotty staff that let this hotel done, don’t think they have heard of service with a smile!

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the bell boys who took our cases to the room. The rooms are stunning and very large. However we were disappointed that the hotel decide when they think the air con should be available and that they only switch it on when it reaches a certain temperature. The brochure advertised that all amenities would be available from April 1st and this was not the case. Virtually nothing was open except the Irish pub. There was no flumes, only one a la carte restaurant, kids club closed at 6pm There was nothing to do at night and entertainment was virtually on existent. The main entertainment hall Eternity was closed on Saturday evening for a private function. We travelled as a large group with 5 children and from 6pm there was nothing for them to do unless you wanted to spend 100’s of pounds in the arcade (minimum deposit was We booked the steak restaurant and this was an additional 29 euros per person (wine was also chargeable at min 30 euros a bottle) If you missed breakfast, there was no where to get snacks until lunch .. unless you bought it from the extortionate shop. No certain premium drinks free .. and if you wanted a particular brand they were chargeable Room service chargeable except between 3am and 7am No snacks available throughout the day. Popcorn chargeable also No pool bars open .. so you had to walk back inside to the Irish pub for drinks No towel huts open (had to go to the spa) Very disappointing overall - certainly not all inclusive plus

This hotel is a very large complex, and the seating facilities in the dining area were inadequate at busy times. We had to either wait, or sit at a table with used plates until a waiter came to clear it. To be fair, the staff did work hard, but seemed at times to be hard-pressed. The foods itself was very good, but as is often the case with buffet dining, was not always as hot as one would like. Perhaps it was a local school holiday, and there semed to be lots of Turkish families with young children - and prams! The dress code in the restaurants was non-existent despite signs indicating what the minimum standard should be. Have been to a lot of hotels in Belek over the years, and this one was nowhere the best.

Lap of luxury this hotel has everything you could ever want and more. Great for kids and adults I would go back all day long . Food was lovely and staff can't do enough for you can't recommend this hotel enough.
