Papillon Zeugma Relaxury

On arrival our booking was not on the hotel system for that day not a problem free upgrade to one of our pool apartments this is our mistake the man on reception told us. The room was spacious two king size beds, balcony, swimming area, bath, shower mini bar, dressing gowns slippers what can i say but truly magical. (This is what life should be all about. Watching tv while relaxing in the bath amazing start to our holiday) Also the restaurant was open 12am till 2am the snacks they said but really you could easily have had a full meal supper selection. From the first morning till our last meal on the evening we left the hotel the choice and standard of food around every area of the hotel was to the highest quality.(the hotel was busy but still managed to maintain the 5* standards throughout our stay, maybe we are more understanding than most working in the hospitality industry but the staff work really hard in all areas and if you needed to try and find a table as soon as it was available it was cleared, cleaned, relayed and then gave you the 5* star service you were paying for. Excellent. We also dined in the fish restaurant and the Italian restaurant on two of the evening's the level of customer service and standard of food were just fantastic. our son of eleven wanted something a little more simple than dishes from the menu not a problem. During the day's the animation team put on a lot of different actives around the pool area from water polo, darts, french bowls, aqua fit, pool games which changed daily which were all good fun they really try hard to keep everyone as entertained as possible as you want to be. you could also walk down to the sea at the back of the hotel which was amazing. Drinks ready availble around the pool. The other big plus for children is the papy club the animation team which work within this facility really work so hard to make the children have a specail time around the hotel. special mention for Denise made my son's holiday so perfect from morning, afternoon and night thank you. In the evenings there is the main restaurant and another four ala carte restaurants depending on the day. A small surcharge of 10 euro per person is required for adults and 5 euros for children for this you really do get that special touch of luxury.( A must thing to do really adds to the holiday). we loved every part of the hotel and all the staff should feel very proud of what you do on a daily basis. I would recommend any one to go to this hotel

Beautiful top class furnishings and hotel features , let down by obvious scrimping , only 1 al acarte open , grill bar never open, hard to get a al carte booking because as stated by staff management used it as an apology meal for complaining guests. Unlike previous years vans of juice not available only in small mini bar, very poor entertainment , food repetitive and fast food alley also a diner for flies looking to feast on dough etc left waiting to be cooked. Staff and food all seem to be for the interest of eastern Europeans not western Guest relations arrogant, not a 5 star anymore too much cut backs . Took very ill with stomach complaint for 3 days
