H10 Salauris Palace & PortAventura Theme Park

We had a great holiday at the H10 Salauris Palace. Would have trouble trying to find a fault with anything. The animacion team were remarkable. The best team we have seen anywhere. The reception could not do enough to help whatever the request. The rooms were clean and fresh as were all the public areas. As for the restaurant and food......exceptional.

I ave just stayed in salou doc palace for the 5 th time and I will go bk I Carnot fault any part of my holiday . Only I would prefer to stay ove the restaurant side of hotel in the past we ave took children from the age of 6 month to 12 and they all ad a great time thank you all that work there . Average hotel in very good location is near everywhere portaventura, bars ,restaurant and beach!!! Excellent food but wireless connection very bad and rooms need very good upgrade!!!Staff was friendly but very poor English !

Already booked for next september.Clean hotel,superb recepcionists,polite staff,contrary to other comments pool was not cold.If people jump straight in without showering first the water will feel cold.Plenty of selection for food,clean reataurant.Went for 7 nights and going for 10 nights next year.Only downside was the volume of music but can live with that.

the only reason I haven't given 5 star rating is because their is always room to improve, this is a very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, the meal choice is good, bar and pool area very well tended, only a ten minute walk and your on the beach and into the main shopping area with shops to suite every one

Excellent hotel, we had a lovely, relaxing holiday in a hotel that wasn't too busy. The food was lovely and something for everyone. Entertainment team were brilliant and catered for all ages, our boys were 13 and 9. The only little niggle was other people saving sunbeds from 9am but not using them until later. We never managed to get a sunbed but there were plenty of tables and chairs around the pool area. The rooms were great, cleaned daily and beds made, free safety deposit box was a bonus!

Great location for Port Adventurer, train to Barcelona and beach. Hotel animation team were awesome - we don't have little ones, but even with the aqua fit and teen football they were so motivated and funny and full of energy - well done to all. Hotel accommodated our request for rooms next to each other, top floor and quiet - thank you. Rooms plenty big enough - great black out blinds (we are early to bed and early to rise, so didn't par-take in the entertainment, which I thought was a little late at 10pm. Plenty of food of good quality and tastes to suit all - I adored the salads, smoked salmon and all the fresh melon and pineapple. Boys loved the waffles at breakfast some days. Pool not overly large, sunbed fiasco laughable - we did not queue out the front entrance to bag our beds! if we were staying at the hotel we'd walk to the beach or sit in chairs - the roof top terrace was also available - a few more sunbeds could help, but then perhaps there wouldn't be room...didn't bother us, but amused us seeing people run out at 9am. Those who like an early morning swim wouldn't be pleased as pool is 9am open. I would recommend this hotel for families with teens given the location - it ticked all our boxes. Check out a downhill bike tour also, which was fun.
