Hotel Best Siroco

Lovely hotel great location. Check in was quick our room had a sea view, it was compact but adequate for one weeks stay. The room was a little tired in places and the bathroom was in need of an update and thorough clean especially the shower screen area. We stayed half board breakfast was good with plenty of choice, evening meal could have been better, my husband enjoyed the stir fry section, the rest of the buffet was repetitive. The hotel is situated in lovely gardens leading to the pool areas, plenty of sun beds and children’s pool, entertainment staff for the children were excellent and couldn’t do enough a credit to the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful in all areas, reception staff are pleasant and helpful with all queries. The main areas of the hotel were very clean and modern, entertainment was outside around the pool, it was just ok.

Clean, comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and varied food for both breakfast and evening. Really good New years Eve activity with party atmosphere. Would be happy to stay again. Good location.

Ideally placed for the town centre or the beach. This was the second time weve stayed at the Sciroco. The room hadnt got a very nice outlook so we asked to be moved and we got a very nice room overlooking the gardens and the sea. The resteraunt was very good with a good selection of food but on occasion the food needed warming up. The room was kept clean with a regular supply of towels and all the staff were very friendly and helpfull

Incorrect hot description. This hotel is NOT by the beach. To reach the beach you have to go down a very steep hill, across a dual carriageway road, then down another steep hill or a lot of steps. Hotel was not very good, no hot water for washing or in the shower. Towels very thin and like sandpaper . Room had no draws for underwear or anything, only a small wardrobe. Food in the dining room was ok but never very warm. Would we go back to this Hotel ?. Definitely Not.

Great hotel really nice helpful staff good food seriously thinking about booking again for next year three nice size pools, short walk to beach and marina only downside was the lucky lucky men along the beach and at night in bars and restaurants

Having read previous reviews I was concerned about my visit to this hotel, but I have to say I have never written a review before but felt I needed to this was one if the nicest hotels I have stopped in, it was clean with lovely gardens, swimming pools and clean rooms, with two double beds, I would say they do lack draws in the rooms but not really a big issue we were very lucky to be upgraded to a seaview without any extra costs, the rooms had little extras incase you had forgot anything, ie toothbrush/ toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel. Food there was plenty of choice with some theme nights, but I can Imagine if you were stopping for two weeks it could be repetitive but I guess this is the same in most hotels, the staff were friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant, would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was excellent just up a small hill, but you can exit the hotel from the gardens so no need to walk up the hill, there is a subway just outside to the other side of the road with steps straight down to the beach.

Bit disappointed when arrive we got no food a we delayed By 15 mins so had go out to eat No tea facilities in room No extractor fan in bathroom so very hot We stayed in corner room so are balconies was very small not enjoying to sit out on

Our holiday in May half term school holidays included 10 adults, 1 child and 2 infants. For the price we paid I have to score highly for the hotel. Great position just up the hill from the marina. (Underpass right outside the hotel takes you down to the beach - However if you have mobility issues this may be a problem - lots of steps. Otherwise take a longer walk along the main road - no steps!). Good points of the hotel: Cleanliness - very clean in all areas. Room was made up everyday. Staff - Very friendly and helpful - credit to the hotel! And I mean all staff - cleaners, bar staff, reception. Very professional and happy!! As above position of hotel is great. Could do better points: Restaurant: Plenty of food but quite repetitive. Not much selection of salad or fruit. Dessert selection disappointing. (I had previously contacted the hotel as one of our adults is Dairy and Soy intolerant and they said they were able to cater for her. When we checked with the chefs we were told only the fruit and salad were ok to eat - not very good for a week!). Pool - great pools for all ages (although I would presume it would be very packed during the summer times). No umbrellas around the kids pool for shade. Gym - a little out dated. Childrens disco did not start until 9:30pm - way too late for our toddler! Pool only opened at 10:00 - gates locked until then - not good when you have a very enthusiastic 2 year old that wants to go swimming. Late check out - told could not book until the morning you were leaving. Went to reception - no rooms available. However, you could use the gym showers to freshen up but these were freezing cold. Air conditioning in one room was non existent - did not work. Asked reception and response was sorry but that is how it is. Very hot in room. Some might think these are major issues but to us they did not affect our holiday but hope the hotel would look into improving some of these points. Overall, we had a great holiday in a lovely hotel and I would recommend it to my friends and family. We would definitely return. (Oh by the way we booked with Jet2 and they forgot to pick us up on our return and we had to get taxi's to the airport lol)

Stayed at hotel 29 April to 10 May. Hotel clean, tidy, friendly staff and well located. Only problem was pool did not open until 11am which for us was at least 2 hours to late. Apart from that would recommend hotel.

This was our second visit to the Best Siroco and it exceeded our expectations.. it had undergone some refurbishments since we last visited. It is in a good position for the beach,the marina,local buses and the Paloma Park. The food in the restaurant was plentiful and varied but did have some busy times so we tried to avoid these. The hotel staff were helpful and responded efficiently to requests. We had an excellent room with large sunny patio. Will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay hereWe had stayed nearby on previous visits to Benalmádena and always commented how nice the Sirocco looked from the outside we were not disappointed with our stayThe grounds are really well kept, the swimming pools looked good but as we went in November it was to cold to use them pity there wasn’t an indoor poolThe food was excellent we stayed half board and at breakfast and dinner there was always plenty to choose from and it was constantly topped up all the restaurant staff were polite and friendly and it was very well run especially at busy timesThere was entertainment every night I.e. a singer magician or flamenco dancers. Also bingo or quiz nightThe bar was very reasonably priced with Cocktail of the day at really good price and very tasty tooThe room we had was comfortable with two big double beds tv with English channels and a bathroom with bath and shower the only downside to our room was a lack of storage space( no drawer space)The safe in the room was also free
