Sandos Benidorm Suites

The hotel was amazing, food wasn’t the best but the rest was great, the view was absolutely stunning, service was great very fast and amazing. beach was a 10-15 minutes walk. Loads of shops around and great views. Defo come back

Nice hotel we stayed over Xmas had a great time the staff in this hotel all work hard to please Clean and tidy hotel food was good in the main dining area always found something we liked Dining area lacked a little atmosphere decor was clean but basic We never ate at the Indian restaurant due to poor reviews from other guests at the hotel aparently food was like a microwave meal something for the management to sort out all that said were saving to go back again later in the year this is a good hotel we weren't disappointed

Great holiday with Jet2. Friendly and helpful service from Jet2 staff at Stansted right through to Hotel. This was our 6th trip to Benidorm staying at Sandos Benidorm suites. Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff especially Claire on reception and Dennis in the restaurant. Lots of things to do from walking to the old town or watching the great tribute acts in the square. Something for everyone. Amazing show at the Benidorm Palace. Will be booking again for next year.

Cannot fault this Hotel but as my headline states it's looking a bit tired nothing wrong staff, food, pool area all brilliant, just needs updating as do a lot of the other Hotels in Benidorm, and which a lot are or have been over the last few years.

Great hotel great atmosphere and fantastic staff make this a great holiday even better. Set on the top of (not a steep) hill overlooking Benidorm you just can't fault the hotel one bit. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat 😊

Clean, good location adequate number of sun beds. Vegetarian food available but needs to have more choice, say veg curry, 5 bean chilli, etc In house Indian restaurant very good. Good staff. WiFi free pity the safe wasn’t. Would go back.

l been coming to this hotel for around 7 years when it was flamingo Benidorm marconfort Benidorm suites and now sandos and it just gets better and better. Everything for anyone. Food is amazing. So much choice and fresh every day. Hotel entertainment is great with singers magicians own acts etc. Child friendly . Activities throughout the day separates for adults and kids including rifle shooting artery darts pool. Kids get activities like bowling cake making drawing etc. Bar staff is the best they have ever been. Very happy very funny and will give you the time of day. Simone is one of the best . Always polite friendly welcoming. You now have Oscar fran and Francisco added to the team which are amazing. Reception staff Claire and Claire Jose Lindsay are great and nothing is to much trouble. Only downside I would say is the Indian restaurant on site just can’t seem to get their curry’s right. They are really good but just not what you order . Eg a korma isn’t coconut and a nice yellow colour and the chicken tikka masala is tikka and isn’t red. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere great staff. Popadoms and sides are excellent plus desserts are great. Alma Regina Issac and Sonia are the animation team who are so down to earth friendly caring and great fun. I could go on and on about sandos Benidorm suites but try it out you won’t be disappointed!

Great room with large sitting area and balcony. Decent bathroom. Good bed. TV with good channels and sat on a swivel device so you can watch in bed or in lounge area. Open public areas lack character but fairly modern and clean. Bar and food mediocre. Local beer wine and spirits from bar. Good variety and choice in canteen type restaurant though nothing to shout about. Indian restaurant was a joke. The service was good but the food was very poor, bland and dry. At least it was in the overall price and we just switched to canteen. First time in Ai in Benidorm, will also be last. With prices being so competitive and choice and quality so good in Benidorm there is no need to go Ai. We concluded that it was a waste of money, especially as we ventured out almost every day to get away from the monotony of this hotel. Already booked a self catering apartment later this year for 1/3 price and more central.
